Oh I just absolutely love coming to Maverick. It is my favorite gas station to go to. The people there are so nice to me, unlike those that work at other stores. I met this lovely young man there at the store today. I believe it was at around 2 in the morning when I came in. He was mopping the floor and making it look all nice and clean. When I came in, he greeted me happily and with a smile. When I was ready, he came up and asked me how my day was today. I said it was absolutely lovely and thanked him for asking. I'm so glad people like that work here at Maverick, it makes coming back a great experience.

I’ve always been a fan of Maverik — the stores are usually clean, the food is decent, and most employees are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience at this one location, specifically with the customer service experience from one individual.
This young man — who is still on shift most mornings when I stop in — seems to go out of his way to avoid helping customers. It's not just a lack of basic customer service; it often feels like he’s deliberately trying to be unhelpful. No greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgment — and if you ask a question, you’re met with clear annoyance or vague, dismissive answers. Furthermore, some of the the things I've heard him say are just very... Odd.
It’s disappointing because the rest of the brand is great, and I usually look forward to stopping at Maverik. I hope management addresses this, as one employee’s behavior can really drag down the reputation of an otherwise great store.

Maverick is one of those spots where the employees really care about helping you. I cane in around 2 in the morning a few days ago, and this guy named Dalton was working, and he was super polite and helpful. I came in looking for some drinks for the trip up to Idaho Falls, and he showed me around to the drinks and gave me some recommendations. Will definitely come in more often.

I came in after midnight last night to get gas and some snacks, and the employee there behind the counter was really nice and helpful. He asked me how my day was, and asked if I found everything I was looking for, and even helped me with directions to other places for stuff that they didn't have in stock. I'm so happy that Maverick has such wonderful employees working for them.

I went in after midnight ask the shaggy looking redheaded kid where the lids were for the coffee he looks at me with this half-baked grin and says over there I could not believe even talk to me like that.... I said where he said over there by the coffee machine I asked him why you had to be so rude with to me he said I beg to differ.... What a rude person I've ever met at a Maverick.... I would definitely not buy anything from this store again !!!!

If you have ever gone here after hours, there is a young man that has the worst attitude. He will NEVER ask if you want a bag, even if you have like 20 items. When you ask him for a bag, he gets all huffy puffy. Not friendly, not polite. Hate this guy, hate this damn store.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in August 31 at 12:25 AM. The worker looked at me multiple times, walked out, came back, and still ignored me until I spoke up. When I asked if he could check us out, he said “three out of 10,” repeated it, looked us up and down, and made both me and my friend extremely uncomfortable. Management needs to review the cameras.

Went to this 24/7 location at 11:40pm and the person working had everything locked. He keeps gesturing that it’s closed to people that are trying to come inside. It’s posted 24hours so I’m not sure why it would be closed especially at this time on a Friday night.

Paid 2 bucks to fill my tires. Filled one, took over a min.
The attachment leaks and ran out of time.
Manager, who's probably a really nice lady, tells me that it's a third party that operates them.
I don't care. You, Maverik, endorsed them by putting this crap on your property. Never did I think I would see the day that I would be charged for AIR.
Went somewhere else and found the one tire that I was told via reader was at 35 psi, was at 45.
Never stopping here again.
Go back to having a hose for people to use. I know it's not just Maverik, but now when people are doing, what I see as scummy stuff, be different and outshine them, or be outshined by others.

Anyone else turning left into Maverik at night hit this? It has no business being there! No warning signs. There are no signs saying no left turn. You have to go into the parking lot to see a right turn only sign, and even that's wrong. You can turn left there. That damn thing did extreme damage to my fusion. Doh!
