“Karin came to my house for a blood draw. She texted me to let me know she was running a little late. She was kind and efficient. It all went smoothly. Oftentimes I get a bruise at the needle site but it seems like this draw will be bruise-free. I don't know if that is a skill thing or just something that happens.
We still finished the draw in the allotted time window.

“I was almost an hour early for my appointment, but they got me in right away, so I didn’t have to wait long, which I really appreciated. The phlebotomist was very nice and seemed very thorough.
The waiting room has a different feel, with no front desk personnel, no bathroom, and automatic check-in. That was not a big issue, though. The restrooms are located in the lab, and you can use the kiosk in the waiting room to notify staff if you need assistance.”
