Saw an ad on Facebook for this place so decided to check it out as we were in need of a new couch. Yvonne was super helpful in helping me find what I needed while staying in budget! I was amazed with the deal I got! Definitely will recommend and return for future needs!

I was excited for a new dining table because I had just moved into a new house. Unfortunately, the table I purchased was of poor quality and the particle wood cracked near the legs. I contacted the store to see if I could get a replacement and was told to send pictures of the table being wobbly to see if it could be repaired, which I did, but never received a response back. I would hope to purchase a product that would last longer than a week or two but it wasn’t super expensive so I guess you get what you pay for. With that being said, the staff in store were nice when I made the purchase.

UPDATE: Store has offered to exchange the table. Thank you MF.Kelly was very professional. 5* for her.Mia, not so much...I purchased a $1k kitchen table and had someone pick it up for me. The store loaded up the table, which I believed was a one of a kind item in their store.I noticed after it got to my home that the table I received had a defective top.I should've said something then, but in my situation, I didn't. My fault.However; I visited again a couple weeks ago and noticed this table is one that they regularly sell. Again, my fault for assuming. At this point I did notify the store to try and request that just the table be replaced and got denied. There's absolutely no way the store employees didn't notice the defected table they passed onto me. Their fault. You'd think they'd try to make this right for both of us. I'm in the process of re-decorating and replacing all furniture in my home. Needless to say, I will not be back.UPDATE (based on their response on other review) In response to the comment below from the store, I have already received a response that they would not be able to help me. And just to be clear, this is absolutely NOT caused from heat damage, but a defect from the staining process. If I could upload the photos here, I'd gladly do that. Disappointed.If the store is still working on this, I'm not sure why I received the response that I did? If this was in error, I will gladly update my review.Since I can leave photos here, I'll leave a review on Yelp, too.

We loved shopping here. Great service and prices and they had just what I wanted in stock. They were able to deliver the next day. Deliver people were polite and Knowledgeable. Give them a try first next time you need furniture for your home!!!You won’t be Disappointed.

No greeting when walked into the store. Walked around for a minute and no one asked if I needed help. Basically no customer service even though people were just standing around, but when other people walked in they were greeted and they were asked if they needed help.

Great pricing, great service, great delivery! I purchased furniture on Thursday. They were so helpful and the service was great even though they were busy. Delivered on Saturday and those guys did an amazing job! Brought everything up to my 3rd floor apartment and we're just awesome! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, did not follow through on promises. There was a stain on a new sectional that the sales person promised wouldn't be there on delivery. When it was delivered the stain was still there, the delivery team said it wouldn't come out so they'll just replace the piece. After months of trying to call and follow up, we kept hearing it was delayed. A year later, they still haven't replaced the piece and so we paid a pretty penny for a new but stained sectional. Unfortunate because we do like them, but it's so hard to get a hold of them and now it's hard to trust them. So be wary. We have gotten one other thing and that is okay. (It's under the name Robert Meyer, I have reached out :) )

Can’t say enough about the service of this business. Not to mention the great selection and prices. If you need furniture, stop by Meridian Home Furnishings 1st! Can’t thank Trent enough for the extraordinary customer service that he and his wife and their employees provide. Trent actually made a trip out to our home to personally address a small issues with a couple of recliners that were factory issues, not theirs. When he left our home, I was blown away with the personal interest he took in making sure I was satisfied. Thank you Trent and Meridian Home Furnishings.

Excellent customer service! Our first sectional we ordered was too large to get into our townhome, and they were able to measure our entry way and stairs and give us recommendations on sectionals that still fit our taste but would fit. Not only did they get it back out to us the same day, they didn’t charge us extra and made us feel confident in the process.I will definitely go there first when it’s time to upgrade our dining room sets and will recommend them to my friends

Great customer service & I love how fast your furniture gets here vs waiting months from other stores!! Staff is super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they don’t wear shoe booties when coming in your home so expect your hardwood floors or carpets to get dirty especially if you live in a new construction lol

I went in after a family member recommended them. I was welcomed immediately. They asked if they could help. At the time I said I was just browsing at couches and they left me to look which I appreciated. I had been to places where they follow you around and felt pressured but not here. Once I found what I was looking for I let them know and the rest was a breeze. I ended up getting a couch and some bar stools delivered. Everything thing was a breeze. Went back two days later for an entertainment center! Everyone was nice and helpful. I got some great furniture at a great price plus get to support local business!
