Great experience… Was told by a dealer I needed to send a Breitling back to the manufacturer, but Bill quickly serviced the watch and was great to work with. Highly recommend!

I took my Bulova watch in because it stopped ticking. I thought it was because of water damage, but it was missing a sealant to keep water and other dust particles out. He put in a sealant and replaced the battery. My watch works. It's been about 2 weeks, and it's still ticking. He prolonged my watches life.

Bill was fantastic. He replaced the crystal in my son’s watch quickly and took the time to indulge and compliment my sons curiosity. I’m extremely excited to take my great grandfather’s watch in soon to be serviced. 10/10, will recommend!

This guy fixed my very expensive Omega watch that my mother gave me. Another jeweler wanted to charge me $300. This gentleman charged me $15 and returned it to its original youth

Very courteous and professional. Does quality work at a great price. I was recommended to this place by the people at Fred Meyer Jewelers. Best recommendation. I’ll be doing business again.

Even though there was a wait for watch service, he opened mine up to take a look and was able to fix the problem

I’ll keep this short and simple: I changed the battery on my watch and struggled to press my cover back on. I came here in the hopes of paying to have that put back on. Unfortunately the owner refused to offer me that service alone as he only does that for complete battery changes done himself. He wasn’t willing to work with a potential customer. I then asked if he had any tips or advice on how I could do this at home. Unfortunately he refused to lend a hand and help. He said he only knew how to do it with his $250 watch press that he takes great pride in. Amazes me that a watch master doesn’t know other ways of pressing a watch case. In any case, for those DIY’ers, head over to a hardware store I got a watch press for $14 (less than his full battery change rate) and was able to do it myself in 5 min. Cheers!

I stopped by to have my Seiko SKS 007 modified with new hands, dial, crystal, and bezel. I had all the parts which had been sourced by a reliable and reputable company. I was openly mocked for wanting my watch modified and then for not being able to make the modifications myself. In the end he said it wasn't worth his time. I was willing to pay his hourly rate. If you're being paid how is that not worth your time?

Always does a great job! Quick, friendly, and inexpensive. He's done battery replacement and several repairs. I'm never going anywhere else.
