2 Things!1. Their automated greeting says all associates are busy and to leave a message to get a callback. I called the number twice and left a voicemail with a callback number. Never received a call.2. My wife was totally taken advantage of. She paid good money for a new Samsung phone. Then the "Manager" proceeded to upsell her on accessories at a ridiculous amount (double the price) compared to online sources. $50 for a charging block?? Really??? Also, there was an upsell on a Case and liquid glass for almost $100!!! This is highway robbery. She was also told that a foldable (leather-type) case wasn't available. I understand that it may not be available at your store, but that was misleading, because they are available, but on other online sources.We will be returning the Case (the original package was not given to my wife. Instead, the Manager disposed of it) and the Charging Block due to PRICE GOUGING.I'm in IT and tech support and I feel my wife was taken advantage of. I DO NOT appreciate this level of service, because it was dishonest and very deceiving. We've been doing business with PCS for YEARS and we would have expected better treatment.I suggest you re-evaluate your staff and train them to treat customers a little better.Your policy says 14-day returns on accessories, so we will see you soon and expect you to make it right.

I enjoyed my experience at this location yesterday greatly! The two girls Evelyn and I believe the owners name is Tiffany were very outgoing and down to earth , helpful, and considerate! I needed a phone bad and I didn't have much to work with but they maid sure that I left with my phone working and with a few extra dollars left!? enjoyed both of your personalities and kindness thank you! (OH and to add in the system had a problem today and told me I had to pay my bill I called and Tiffany answered and fixed it within seconds so amazing!? ? )

A very friendly gentleman was working alone he had so many customers and kept checking on all of us. He was very fast and helpful as well. I wish I could remember his name.

Veronica was so amazing allowing me her time and excellent customer service to find the right plan that I would be able to afford and would work for my needs. Irene was just as helpful with her hospitality and great knowledge being able to help with my ACP needs. I definitely be recommending to friends and family to join the Metro by T-Mobile family.

They lie. I was told 30 days for return policy by the "Manager".When I went to exchange the phone four days later, Veronica told me she is new and didn't know. I have filed a complaint with the FCC. I would highly recommend not using any MetroPCs store here in the Treasure Valley as they are all run by the same team. Inept. Deceitful and incredibly unhelpful.

The service with metro is always complete trash. Metro is only good for messaging and calling. Not gaming or videos or anything that has to do with data. keep in mind I also have a new 5g phone and live in the heart of Boise.

Worst service today ever at this store. Apparently its an inconvenience for people at the store to call the AUTHORIZED DEALER SUPPORT GROUP. You know, the one for dealers to call to help customers resolve their issues and requires a DEALER PIN number. Instead the girl gave him the number and told him to call. Cause you know, he has THEIR pin. Seriously, if you have issues, don’t expect Irene to help you (if that really is her name).

I recently was having issues with my phone and decided to switch carriers. I decided to give Metro Wireless a try. I stopped by. There was only one person working. I told her I was thinking about switching. Without giving me a chance to locate the information, she said she needed my current account number and pin and to come back when I had them. It was very obvious that she didn't want to be there or help me. I went out to my car and debated what to do next. I decided to give it another shot. I went back in. She then said I had the option between two phones. Having done my research ahead of time, I said I would like this other phone. She said they didn't offer it. I knew this was not the case because I had found the phone on the company website. I promptly left. I regret not asking for a manager.I called another location. It was night and day from the moment the person picked up the phone. I felt like they were happy to be there. I asked if they had the phone I wanted. They said they did not carry it, but I could get a discount if I ordered and signed up online.It's not about the phone I wanted being offered. It's about the customer service I received. When someone so obviously does not want to be there or do their job, it reflects poorly on the whole company. All I ask is kindness.

We’ve been here multiple times and the people who work here were rude and unprofessional. No greetings nor smiles like they’re always miserable. My bf told the guy to take off his insurance on his phone because he didn’t need it. We checked our app and it was still there. Before you walk out of this store, they won’t say anything like “thanks for coming” etc.
