I couldnât figure out my carâs auto hold setting that stalled the car wash from working. The Mister rep was very patient with me, and helped figure out the solution quickly.

I am happy with my local Mister car wash except for one detail. On the panel just under the doors a greasy black layer appears. I must remove it with a towel I bring with me. Apparently no brush or powerful spray hits that area. Maybe your wash equipment could be adjusted to hit that area of the car.

Had the spoiler on my mustang torn off while in the car wash. Damage report was done and I get a call the next day. They claimed my spoiler was aftermarket (coming straight from ford they claimed) and thus they would not cover it. I told them that was not the case, and they insisted that my car was a âspecial trim and didnât leave the factory that wayâ. I once again told them the spoiler was OEM. When I asked for the email confirming what âfordâ said, they claimed it was a phone call, so I wouldnât be able to see it myself. I then went to the auto body shop they contract and they confirmed it was indeed the stock spoiler. And now theyâll have to pay for damages instead of the three free months of car washes. So beware. If your car gets damaged at their wash, make sure to do your research and know your car so they donât try to pull this on you. Very sleazy and dishonest.

We came through earlier today and it looked like the whole front end had not even been washed or anything, but, at least the guy( this morning) tried spraying some of the bugs off. So we brought it back this afternoon and the young man up took the receipt away from us and he said he couldnât give it back to us.
and then we were waiting to go through the wash and the young man that was standing back there that was suppose to spray the bugs he was too busy leaning on the Computer or screen, or whatever the machine is in front of them. He was too busy???? to worry about spraying our bugs, which is the main reason we brought it back!
my husband pulled up out front when we were released to go.
He looked to see if it got all the bugs off or not.
Right now weâre very disappointed in this location, especially at 5:20 in the evening, which is when we came through for the second time. But, at least this morning they tried. Seems like it was too big of a bother for the young men who were working the 5:15 to 5:30 PM. Shift.
Hubby will not complain very often, but he is very upset. He got out and looked and there was absolutely no difference just wet bugs. We wonât be To this location.

I would like to give a shout out to both Gavin and Noah. We were just coming back from a trip and my car was extremely dirty. They were just getting ready to close at 8 PM so I was rushing to vacuum my car and accidentally sucked up the $25 I had on my center console. I went and talked to Noah, who was busy getting ready to close up for the night, but he still took the time to go through the filters and trash, unfortunately he didnât find it, but he took my name and number and then the next morning at 7 AM Noah took the time to go through it again and luckily he found it. He gave me a call right away to let me know.
Both of Gavin and Noah were very polite, sympathetic, and went over and beyond the customer service. This is my favorite Misters in the Treasure Valley not just because of this experience but because theyâre always so polite and kind. Thanks again!
