Motel 6 Meridian, ID - Boise W is a busy location offering cheap room prices and is directly off the freeway, providing a convenient location right next to an incredibly large selection of shopping. It is described as the Cadillac of Motel 6's in the area. The rooms are typical motel offerings, with some noted as average size and others as nice and big. They are generally reported as clean, with housekeeping staff recognized for caring about doing a good job. The beds are not the most comfortable, and amenities are basic: there is a small but maintained pool, and no breakfast is provided. Mini-fridges and microwaves are available only by request, and shampoo and conditioner cost extra. The staff receives frequent praise for being extremely kind, helpful, and responsive to issues, including addressing complaints promptly. The location is right next to the freeway, so guests should expect to hear regular traffic and sirens throughout the day and night. The rooms themselves are pretty soundproof against walls, but hallway noise and doors are not soundproof, creating a noise level likened to living in an apartment. The parking lot can get busy and may be insufficient, especially when large vehicles are present. The hotel is pet-friendly, so dogs are common, and there is a field next door for walking them. Guests may also see police in the parking lot due to a nearby station, which is not usually a cause for concern. Numerous restaurants and big-box stores are within a few miles.
I had a phenomenal experience with the front desk manager, named Archer. He is so professional, concise, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I’m really glad I had the pleasure of being served by him.

Basic, bare bones motel - exactly what you’d expect in a Motel 6.

Easy to find off freeway, staff was kind and quick...room on the other hand wasn't the cleanest. The shower looked like it hasn't been scrubbed in days and lots of hair. Over all it was ok.
