Awful place to go! My nails are bumpy and one is crooked! Same with my friends. They rushed us and were not very friendly. They charged my friend $45 for a 15 min pedicure where they just put her feet in hot water and painted her toes! Do not waste your $$$

Pricing was good $40, but the quality and service? Not great. They were extremely stand offish when I came in for my appointment, and acted like I was a burden to them, then when my nail tech was mad I didn't have a color picked out, when they never gave me the book to look, and during the appointment she rushed my nails, and did not care about the quality. She painted OVER the dust, and cured it, she made two of my nails crooked, and no it's not just my fingers. Absolutely disappointed with this nail place. Won't be coming again, and I recommend you don't either.

I scheduled an appointment a few days ago over the phone. Today I arrived on time and one of the ladies asked me if I had an appointment. She sits me down with one of the ladies and they begin speaking to each other in their language. I sit down and the lady asks me(again) the details of my appointment . So anyway she tells me that I don’t have an appointment with her and points to the chair (not friendly at all, almost passive aggressive) and she even moves my stuff like I am inconveniencing her. I move over and no one provides me with an update. I wait a few minutes and ultimately decided to leave. I am not wasting my time and money on a nail salon who can’t own up to their mistakes and at least squeeze me in with another tech. I was so excited to get my nails done! This is my second bad experience in Meridian!

Recently discovered this place and it's now going to be my go to place! Amazing service, great massage chairs for pedicures, lots of options, and very clean shop. Dee was my nail tech and she was wonderful!

0 stars — Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what to expect before going to Nails Plus. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. Any time I politely asked for something — whether it was a small correction or minor adjustment — they acted annoyed and dismissive. What made it worse was that they kept speaking in their own language, clearly making comments about customers. It was obvious and made the whole place feel hostile and uncomfortable.
No one deserves to feel judged or talked about while they’re paying for a service. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values kindness and professionalism.

Oh my gosh! From the moment we walked in (we were even late!) this amazing team helped us feel the love. The pedicure I got was amazing from the moment I put my feet in the tub. The establishment was so clean and professional and ample space available! The staff knew it was my friend’s birthday and literally sang her happy birthday! It was so sweet! The book of nail colors she showed me was so different than anything I have seen before, it is usually a wheel and I struggle to set aside the colors I am considering. It was an easy access book full of any type of color variation you could hope for. I could go on and on for how great this experience was. Five stars, highly recommend, best time ever! SO comfortable, felt amazing, great staff (literally insta-friends)! You will never go anywhere else, this was by far the best nail experience I have ever had! And at a great price!!!

Beautiful manicure! The only negative is that she was a bit rough when filing down the sides and made a couple too narrow. My skin is still tender on my left ring finger.
Otherwise my nails are beautiful! She did the exact thickness on the white and at my request added the touch of glitter, too.
I'm still planning on going back, and I'll just speak up next time.

Tina is horrible, no people skills at all. Yelling at me in front of others, not cool.
I will not go back here, unfortunately. The rest of the staff are great.

I'm really disappointed in my nails today! I have been going here a few times and about a week in a half ago i went in with a friend and got a pedicure and a manicure. Service was okay not terrific my friend was unsatisfied with her mani and pedi with GiGi. Tina did okay on my nails. So I went back today to just get my nail polish redone to gel so it would stay on longer then regular polish. So I asked for a nail polish change. When she was done, she asked Cash or Card and I said how much is it she said $30, I said really $30 for a nail polish change with Gel. She said yes didn't explain anything she just had another worker come to me with there machine after I said card and she charged me.
Unbelievable that she charged me for a full manicure and didn't do nothing but trim my nails with a file and put gel on my nails. Needless to say my friend and I will not go back there and I will tell my family members who also spend there money there my experience for them not to come back there again!!! Customer service at its worst!

When I told the guy that I only wanted the basic 30 minute pedicure he got upset that I wouldn’t do the deluxe. He cut my nails so short he cut my skin several times and from time I sat down and walked out was less then 13 minutes. So disappointed.
