Could not recommend OTF and what they provide loud enough or often enough. If you have a young athlete and want to put them with a team that will develop their mental/physical approach to their sport/lives ...this is the spot. The increase in confidence and competence of the athlete will be on full display. Thank you OTF for all that you do for these young athletes!!!

We started bringing our baseball team to the Meridian location last year. The facility is beautiful, and the staff is outstanding. Our kids absolutely love the trainers. If you want your young athletes to achieve success, and perform at the highest level in their sport, then you need to be attending Off The Field. Personal, and group sessions available. Most ages welcome! Best part.... Super Affordable.

We started bringing our athletes to Off The Field a year ago. The increase in athleticism is very noticeable! Coordination and balance were the biggest surprises from my point of view as the coach. There was also noticeable improvements in speed, technique and strength. Hopeful the athletes are following the nutrition plan to see increases in overall body makeup.

Off the field is awesome. The staff is very friendly. The trainers are engaging and energetic. Both my kids train in the kids class with Nick. Nick is great with the kids. He keeps them busy, works with them on the technique, and gives them positive reinforcement when they do well. My kids have a blast with him. I highly recommend OTF.

Top notch coaches and a great environment for athletes of all skill levels. My son started full time with them as a sixth grader and was a little apprehensive at first to commit. He was in a group of boys that had been in the program for a while. He said he was nervous because he was slowest in the group and they all said “don’t worry, we were too at one point. You’ll get there.” Taylor has created an amazing culture among the athletes here. As a parent it’s easy for me to buy in to that.

My son (13) and his football buddies have been working out at OTF for sometime now and it has been nothing short of amazing. The coaches are so good with the kids! They have different levels of classes for everyone and the boys are always talking about their workouts and/or what they look forward to with their next session. Everyone makes you feel welcome there when you walk in the door. Great staff and a great place! Keep up the amazing work OTF!!

Such an amazing training center! Not only did I learn a lot about how to exercise correct and how to perfect my form for running, squating, and more, I had loads of fun! I am so thankful for being apart of one of the training sessions!
