Got my pups nails trimmed. Groomer was so nice and calm. My pup was very relaxed. Very affordable. Just make appointment and bring current vax records. We'll be back :)

Dropped my dog off to get groomed 12/26/24. Picked her up with blood running down her leg from the groomer cutting her dew claw to short. When I asked what that was they tried to say she had a scab on her foot which she definitely didn’t. Upon further review after getting home, it was very obvious that her nail was cut extremely short and the blood was coming from the dew claw. Also they didn’t dry her all the way either. I would never recommend, ever getting your animal groomed there.

The staff here are amazing! Kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and SO patient. Heather went so above and beyond for us today while trying to purchase some fish and frogs for my son’s new aquarium. We’re clueless, and she was wonderful! It’s an hour and half drive for us, but we will keep coming back to your store! Thank you!

YOUR CAHSIER AND YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE I RATHER DRIVE TO BOISE IF THEY ARE TO BUSY AND COULD NOT EVEN WALK ME TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR THEY ONLY POINTED IT OUT TO ME AND THE CASHIER HER FACE IMPRESSION WAS THE WORSE THAT FACE MADE ME TO NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN... Worst customer service ever! Kia was rude and made me feel like a huge burden. I asked her for help, as she was just standing around talking to another employee, and she said she didn't have time. She told me to wait in the checkout line and ask the checkout person for help. I'm never coming back to this location. Too bad, the checkout person was super nice, though.
