Phoenix Fire Games offers a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere with a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. The store has a good selection, including a decent amount of games for purchase, more supplies and accessories than others, and so much bulk Pokemon. There is lots of space for gaming, demo units to try, and tons of events for Magic, board games, and RPGs. Prices are usually on the higher side, but they have occasional great deals. The experience is consistently high quality and much better than in past years, making it a really awesome store.
Staff while incredibly busy answering calls off the hook was able to help me sort out which paints worked best for some 3d printed models bought online! Brought the mini in with and even got tips on how to finish it for useable play and a durable finish! Cant wait to go back and learn more 😄

Have not been in here for a couple years, I came in to play magic with my friends. Noticed they moved down a couple feet for their new location, pretty cool place had a great time. Meet an employee named Jacob super awesome dude awesome customer service 10/10 will be coming back supporting their business!!
