Would be nice if they didnt initial all of their envelopes with "PE" at the bottom. Its like vandalizing your own product.. and they wont give you one without. My advisor at boise state that checked my nursing application before sending it out suggested a new envelope because the writing on the bottom of it looked unattractive.

I showed up at closing (6pm) and the owners young son was locking the doors. When he saw me, he unlocked and opened the door. They served me and a few minutes later another client walked in since the door was unlocked. It was at least 5 minutes after 6. Not only did the owner not say anything to me about it being closing time, but they said nothing to the young lady who just assumed she would be helped since the door was open. They were helping her also when I walked out. I was mailing one package postage prepaid and buying postage for the 2nd package. Despite it being after closing, she asked if I wanted a tracking receipt for the postage prepaid package as well, unsolicited. This kind of customer service is what I love about small businesses and entrepreneurs. I was delighted by their complete customer service and friendliness. I will be back whenever possible. I definitely recommend them!

I dropped off a package to be mailed out of state and was told it would be received before Christmas. The Tuesday before Christmas I checked the tracking information which showed that it was still pending pick up. I called the store but couldn't leave a message as there wasn't an answering machine or voicemail. I went to the store to inquire in person where the package was and was told that it was very possible that the package was sitting at the post office and I needed to take it up with them. The next morning I received a text message from USPS tracking that the package was sitting in the Boise facility. The most recent update is that the package is "still moving." I paid $30 for the package to be shipped via USPS and was told it was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Do your due diligence and go directly to the post office so you don't have to deal with these headaches or price gouging!

Great service really, even if you need packing and materials. They need to be aware though, that packages to the Tri-Cities (Pasco, Richland, Kennewick, Wash.)are routed through Spokane and will be delayed at least a couple of days. Since the Postal Service shut down the Pasco Mail facility, times are a bit untrustworthy. As it was, even priority mail did not make it when we hoped it would because it was held up in Spokane. Next time we will opt for UPS or FedEx when we ship to the Tri-Cities. You can opt for any of the three services there, by the way. Our packages headed elsewhere did great!

I went out of my way to skip the UPS Store ? and find a Family- Owned Local Business for my shipping needs. The owner's son Blake packaged my Marketing Project for the University of Idaho for me.The price was reasonable. Postal Express Shipping Store ? is located in the same building as Fred Meyer on the West Side just outside of the Produce Entrance (it's outside, by the Fruits ?? ?? and Vegetables.It was easy to walk around the corner for a Beard Trim Also. After that, it was easy to walk right back into Fred Meyer to shop for food, without having to move my car!I'm definitely going to skip The United States Post Office and The UPS Store ?⛔, go on an Adventure, and use Postal Express for my shipping needs now.Scott alias Dot
