So impressed with this place of business. There was an issue with a package and they jumped right on it, very open and transparent about the process and figured out what happened. They contacted me then with the update. Thanks Postal Annex for being so helpful!

I had two packages that were supposed to be accepted by FedEx drivers and then get finished by local USPS deliverers. I dropped them off at PostalAnnex and I watched them get loaded on a USPS mail truck. This was April 22. They've been lost ever since.

Used their print service for the first time today and I will never be back. They told me to send the documents I needed to print to their email address and then they print from there. Ok. So they charge me 15 cents per copy (no big deal) but then charge me $2 on top of that simply to open the email. WHAT?! Like how else were you going to print from your email?Make it make sense. Oh, and included in that $2 charge was a fee for having to rotate the document from landscape to portrait. How is that my financial responsibility? That's a printer setting. It's an option they click when they preview the document before printing. And they literally have to preview the document before they print it. Even if they received the document and it was incorrectly rotated, they would see that in print preview. Please somebody make this make sense. This is such an underhanded way to charge the public. Especially when they failed to mention this extra $2 charge until the very end after I had already been there for 20 minutes listening to them try to figure out why my documents were being cut off. Which, come to find out, it was because the documents were being printed out in landscape mode. They needed to be in portrait. How is this my problem and why am I being charged for it? In my opinion this is a back door charge and dishonest. What a way to make money for your company. Underhandedly. Do better. Sheesh.

A nice local place to stop in for your shipping and packaging needs. The service is always good and the staff is friendly. The inside is a little dark and crowded inside, but it’s worth stopping in.

What amazing customer service! I have a broken leg and in this weather, getting out of the car is not happening. I called them by chance as I was waiting for my Albie's pick up. I told em I just needed an envelope... no questions asked, brought it right out to me!! Businesses take note. Will forever give them my business now! Thanks so much girls!

I went in for notary service today and, as normal, gave my license as identification.After they completed an internal form and having me sign it, I was told that I needed to give my thumb print as well.When I pointed out that I use notary services in different parts of the country, on a regular basis, and have never been asked or required to give a thumb print, I was told that it was store policy.This is over kill in my mind and experience.

Once I discovered this place years ago, I’ve never gone anywhere else to ship items or to purchase supplies. The Customer Service is THE BEST and the Owners are amazing! I had to ship an antique cookie jar to my sister and I trusted them to do it. They went above and beyond to ensure it would arrive safely and it did. So happy!!
