Terrible communication. Waiting on a bid for new home lumber package over a month now. Was told last week they lost the bid so they will get it to us by Friday. Friday comes and goes with no bid so reach out on Monday and they say it will be 2-3 more weeks to get a bid.

Went there after i tried and failed in finding a common joist hanger at the big box store. Guys up front pointed us toward thier hanger aisle (they had a PILE of em)and then one of the guys in back came up and helped us find exactly what we needed. And we were paid and out in literally minutes. They also supplied our site with lumber and it was better than fair quality on the whole stack. I told em it would be my first stop next time. And if your building a birdhouse, or maybe even a speaker box, go to the orange place. But when your building big boy things, head over to these guys.

Every time I come here it's like pulling teeth to get my materials in the yard after purchase. Ben helped me last time to get my order square and he radioed out to the guys. It was 3:50 pm an dead and no one even approached me in the designated loading zone out back. I was clearly in eyesight of a few different forklift drivers, management and whoever these guys were in the photo.I looked their way and waved my pickup sheet in the air to get their attention, a few of them looked at me then continued talking amongst themselves. Had to drive around the lot and happened to find a guy headed out to get something for his client and he and I ultimately went to the wood pile and loaded it ourselves.I used to manage the yard for BMC West in Idaho Falls and we felt like we did ok but never left anyone more than a moment to load. This place is a joke and I avoid it unless absolutely necessary. Get it together guys...

The customer service here is atrocious! I called today after being referred by a manufacturer and when I asked to speak with a salesperson she asked "who are you with" I responded myself and she hung up the phone? I called back and again was routed around twice, mind you I have the manufacturer's part number of the 2000sqft of product I need but for some reason this is beyond their skill level. Do Not waste your time here.
