Andrew was absolutely phenomenal! He was such a huge help for my husband and I after we had to move all of our belongings right away. He worked with us to get us the best deal possible and was quick and efficient! Huge plus that their units are Bluetooth!

This storage facility is in a great location with very easy access to the units. We loved the app to allow us into the gate, building, and unit. No need for keys! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks Andrew for the recommendation for food!

This place is perfect. Clean, well lit , wide driveways make it easy to access your unit. No key entry, you use your smartphone for entry, and the staff here is professional. Andrew walked us through the process in minutes.

Was baited into a “promotional” rate.
Agreed on a service fee of $103 including all insurance and storage fees and it turns out after 3 months they are trying to up my service fee for having the unit to $147. Will be cancelling if this is not resolved.

This storage is near home so it's convenient. Smart entry is a great feature since we don't need keys or lock. Like many storage, rent is adjusted every 6 months. However, this one raise our rate by 50% in a very short 6 month after we moved in. And how dishonest of them for saying nothing when I asked before moving in. All of a sudden, we are at $155/mth. We are out. There are many great places out there providing better services at much better rate. Just signed a contract with Idaho Storage at $99/month for a year and at most $5 raise afterwards or no increase.

So this place is an absolute rip off we signed our contract for $99 a month for a 10 x 10 and within two months of being there they jumped it to $180 a month now it’s 210 and it hasn’t even been a year that we’ve been there!
