I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I ordered a Purple Restore Premier Firm mattress from their store at the Village at Meridian, but after eight days, they delivered a Tempur-Pedic mattress instead. This is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted the store, I was told to reach out to customer service. After spending 35 minutes on the phone with customer service, I was informed that I must submit a claim and wait several more days for a resolution. Frustrated, I then contacted the delivery company (EFW), who told me the issue needs to be escalated, which will also take additional time.
This entire process has been exhausting and deeply disappointing. A mistake of this magnitude should be corrected immediately, not delayed through multiple layers of bureaucracy. Overall, this has been a very poor customer experience.

Store employee horribly rude when we walked in giving attitude and asking us to leave when we said we were coming in to look around for fun.

Riley there was so helpful and amazing!! She took great care helping us look at mattresses, shipping it to us across the state, and didn't mind when our baby got rowdy. 10/10 would come again!

Excellent service from Sarah! She was fantastic. We wanted to upgrade our current Purple mattress to a newer model and she listened to our needs and showed us all the choices. She explained all the differences and answer questions when we had them. We very much appreciate her assistance.

I switched to purple two years ago after sleeping on a conventional hybrid foam mattress from Costco for 2 years. My calendar just prompted me to drop this review as I wanted to offer a longitudinal perspective. (stat jargon! lol)
And I’m glad I did because I initially did not like the purple. It took me about a week and a half from my body to acclimate to it’s unique structure and composition. I have sciatica, lower back issues, I’m slightly overweight and underwent a discectomy 8 years ago. As sleep is so important, I wish there were reviews like this more often so here it goes.
The Casper four layer hybrid I had before was good, but I sunk into it Which cut circulation and disrupts my breathing, As well as my sleep when I roll over As the foam doesn’t retract very fast so I end up falling back into the foam hole I just climbed out of, consequently waking me up. That said it was super comfy, especially for sitting up and typing on the computer. So I knew I wanted a foam like mattress just one that helped me sleep better. The Purple mattress was difficult to get used to because it required muscles that I wasn’t used to using. This is a fabulous thing I discovered because I wouldn’t wake up aching anywhere. I don’t recall circulation problems, and the cover for the mattress that I bought, which I recommend, Helped Deflect allergens that would constrict my airways On the other mattress. If you are a person that wants to sleep in when you allow yourself to, but Wants to bounce up when it’s time to get moving, Purple is absolutely the way to go. The grid makes it bouncy which helps it feel more like a traditional mattress yet you gain all the qualities of a Tempur-pedic environment But not giving you what you want right away, but what’s your body needs and what you will grow to love. So my advice is, if you don’t like it right away, stick with it for a couple weeks because it’s probably a good sign that this mattress is exactly what you need If you objections revolve around it seeming too firm or initially uncomfortable. Anyway, this isn’t a paid review or anything, Just want to toss in my two cents of objective, well-registered feedback that I wish I had going in. We sleep a third of our lives, and for what it has to offer, and the change it made on my work and home life, It is The best investment I have made in my life.

Kara at the Purple store in Meridian is the best! She knows the products very well, gave us some great advice and was very patient with us while we asked a million questions. She was not pushy at all, the mattresses speak for themselves. We did buy the right one for us and added 2 Purple pillows as well. I’ve never enjoyed buying a mattress until today. Do yourself a favor and at least stop in there to try it out if you are mattress shopping.

This place is really customer friendly. We had to switch pillows and no issues, super simple. Enjoying our purple bed and my wife's chronic pain is so much better.

I purchased a dream layer pillow and decided it was the right pillow within the 100 day sleep trial. I went back to the facility and ask for an exchange and they did it Hassel free. The staff was very friendly and helped me pick out a new pillow.

I went into Purple just curious what it was, I have since purchased many items from pillows, to seat cushions, and many other accessories all from Ariana who has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the products. She never fails to update me on all the new products when I come in. My partner also owns a Purple mattress and adjustable base and I love them, I am never going back to anything else.

Went in for a new mattress and Twila helped us. She was so great! She was the only one working while we were there and she balanced the rush of customers very smoothly. She didn't hover, didn't leave anyone waiting, and made sure we got the best possible deal. Highly recommend this location if you're looking for any pillows or mattresses.

I had an amazing experience, it was super easy to take care of everything, took almost no time at all, and Ariana was super helpful! She was super nice and so much fun to talk to. My mattress was also expected to come in two weeks and I received it in two days so I think she has magical powers. I love it so much and overall just had an amazing time!
