We had such a great experience at the Purple Village Meridian Showroom.Chris was an excellent associate who helped us learn about the differences between the various mattresses, pillows, bases, and sheets! We have been searching for a better mattress and this had be recommended to us by our son so we decided to finally check it. Our experience there was great! Colt explained how the Purple mattress could benefit us and he really knew his stuff. He was not pushy at all and took the needed time to show us the differences between the Purple mattresses and let us take our time checking them all out. We look so forward to getting our new Purple mattress and getting much needed better quantity of sleep. Thanks Colt for all of your help.

If you want to stay cool during your sleep AND experience the most comfortable bed in the universe, Purple is the only way! Believe me… I’ve tried just about every bed out there. And the folks at the Purple Mattress Show Room in the Village were amazing, kind, and super helpful!

The store is amazing! Super clean and simple and trying out the beds was awesome. I haven’t heard of this brand till now and I’m sold on getting one in the future. The employees were also super friendly and awesome!

We love our purple bed! Arianna, at the Village in Meridian, helped us pick out the perfect firmness and we have been sleeping comfortably for over a month now. I would recommend to others.

My first order (3 years ago) was online. I tried out the Hybrid 3 at a Mattress Firm (Purple store wasn't in Meridian yet) and loved it. Surprisingly, the salesman at that store knew I was anxious to get my new mattress and said the shipping direct from the online store was going to be quicker than getting it through them (Covid-delayed shipping times). Purple Online was fantastic and I had a great experience. I almost decided to go that route again, but I wanted to try them out again before deciding. My husband and I went into the Purple store and Kara was very helpful in taking the information we gave her and showing us what was in our price range that would meet our needs. There was absolutely no pressure and I'd happily buy from her again when the occasion arises. She did tell me that they do not work on commission and I appreciate that Purple doesn't require that for their employees as it was a very nice experience. I purchased a mattress and accessories in the store and was excited to bring a pillow home with me (instant gratification!!) The rest of the order will be delivered to me. I expected the shipping time to be at least a week or two, but I just got a notification that I will receive it in a couple of days, which is just a few days from order to arrival!---One Very Happy Customer---

Excellent service from Kara yesterday! She was fantastic. We wanted to upgrade our current Purple mattress to a newer model and she listened to our needs and showed us all the choices. She explained all the differences and gave us privacy when we needed it and was there to ask questions when we had them. We very much appreciate her assistance.The showroom was beautiful and well laid out. Overall, it was a great experience.

Not helpful as a chain nor in store.Rude girls.Edit:As I had explained in store, I had already spoken with customer service, after having an order that was time sensitive delayed. I knew it was possible your location would not have any specific sheets available, but by the words of the service agent, I was lead to believe there would be at least one set. I wouldn’t have given the poor review if not for the fact the young woman with the purple lipstick, being incredibly smug and judgmental, wanting me out of there as soon as possible.The fact is, I was in the market for more than sheets, and still am, but will be looking into a different brand.I realize the majority of persons in the Meridian area consider the North Face Peak fashion, which is why my husband and I normally avoid the area. I had just hoped his long standing judgements were unfounded. I am sad to say that they were not.

The staff at the Meridian, ID Purple store has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Twila has helped us twice and made the selection of a bed and a seat cushion easy and we have not once regretted our purchases. Thank you!!

The thing i love about this Purple store is how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff are! Twila has helped us each time we’ve purchased from the store and she has been low pressure and sincere in her advice, she’s the best!We have a purple plus king mattress and I’ve been sleeping better than i ever have. I no longer wake up with shoulder or neck pain. We also have a seat cushion, weighted sleep mask and awesome purple sheets. You won’t be disappointed if you make a purchase here.

I went into the store and was greeted right away by the employees. Christian helped us. We have been looking for a comfortable mattress in years. He was very knowledgeable in all mattresses in the store. We tried out all of them, as soon as he said as soon as we deliver and if your not happy with the mattress after weeks we have 90 days to exchange for another one. That sold us right away. We purchased our mattress and are very happy with our purchase. Love it. I would recommend this store to all family and friends as I have been.

They have great customer service, very knowledgeable, and great products. went in cause I have a bad back and after 5 back surgeries and not being able to sleep on any mattress foe over 15 years i decided to see what purple had to offer. I spoke to Christian who works there and told me everything there is to know about their mattresses and history of the company and I was really amazed, next I tried all the mattresses and pillows they have in the show room and I didn't want to leave. There mattresses and pillows are amazingly comfortable and not to mention there warranty and how you get to try them out sold me. I purchased a mattress and pillow and OMG best sleep ever. For someone who only sleeps 3-4 hours a day cause of chronic back pain this will be the only mattress I will have in my house. Thank you so much Christian I really appreciate you and everyone who works there I am very pleased with my purchase words can't describe how I feel but thank you so much.Definitely recommend ?.
