Was sent here to get a TB blood test for a new job. They didn’t process the blood sample on time… Exact message sent to me read “The specimen exceeds stability for the test requested.”Will now have to do it again but will definitely be going somewhere else… It was also quite a long wait time, even with having an appointment.

They have no one at the front desk, actually their is no front desk it's just a tablet. Checked in and waited an hour to be told that the I was late to an appointment I waited an hour for and to reschedule. The appointment was at 10:50 I showed up at 10:40 and was told to reschedule at 11:40. No help no assistance. This place is horrible the staff were no help just kinda on your own.Just tried a 2nd time to get a drug test, showed up 20 mins early and waited an hour to get told that I have to go some where else. Even with my appointment 2 times and no one would have let me know. I had to ask a dr while they were letting every one know the internet went down.

I'd put a zero if I could. I have had cancer. I've been billed by hospitals, doctors, other lab companies....for hundred of thousands of dollars. Not one of these businesses ever had trouble billing my insurance or my insurance paying the bill EXCEPT this stupid company!! I called them three or more times to say they are billing the wrong insurance. I always got the promise they would fix it. Today I called again. The supervisor said they have billed my insurance eight times & it was denied. She pretty much put the blame on me & insurance. I called my insurance company. She said they were never billed. She put me on a conference called & Quest again. She asked the girl that answered who were they billing. The girl told her & the insurance agent said That is the wrong company & gave them the same insurance info that I had given them over & over again. I have an amazing doctor that is the only one whose uses this company. Sad to say, I'm seriously thinking of finding a different doctor just so I don't have to deal with these idiots anymore.

Waited three hrs here and after showing someone the orders beforehand they said they couldn't accept it after 130pm. They sent me to a different location who told me upon arrival they don't even do those tests.EDIT: I went back to this location and the understaffed phlebotomists were incredibly helpful after all that. The quest system is very rigid and making an appointment is really the only sure way to get in and done. Also avoid the lunch hour

Awful!! Be prepared to wait a long time, even with an appointment. Overwhelmed and not at all helpful staff. On multiple visits, Phlebotomists were not trained in operating the computers/software, and I only hope that they’re trained otherwise. And the worst part — they don’t seem to care, they’re like robots.. Completely inefficient operation. Opinion based on several visits.

Went for Blood lab, arrive 15 minutes ahead of my time. 50minutes later, I'm sitting here with no way to get a refund because the phone number is automated. Phlebotomist is outside on her phone talking to a friend about her food choices at buffalo wild wings. The only person working was a man we could all hear. Sounded wonderful. Unfortunately the waiting room had 7 people in it with 5 past their appointment time. Avoid at all costs.

They took paperwork for a Lab Corp appt (my initial fault for heading to the wrong lab), but still took my blood with the wrong paperwork. Then they “lost” my blood samples! Total incompetence and a joke of an establishment.

I had to go in for a drug screening for my job. I called to set an appointment and, after going through the automated system, it turned out that the next available appointment was going to be after my job required the to be done. So I took a chance that I'd be able to have it done as a walk-in and drove over, late morning on a Friday.I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived as there was only one person in the waiting room. I used the tablet to sign in, which was a very easy process. I expected a wait, the tablet warned there could be a wait, and there are signs everywhere indicating that walk ins will be taken only after those with appointments which is completely fair. Within about 15 minutes they called me back for my test.The staff was friendly and efficient, walking me through what to expect. To my surprise, I found myself unable to go on demand, so my sample was not enough for them to use. They were very nice and patient and assured me that this does happen from time to time. They offered me water and sent me back out to the waiting room, indicating all I need do is tap on the door when I was ready to try again. Eventually, I was able to provide the needed sample and was on my way.It's disappointing to see all the low reviews, as my experience was a positive one, and the other half dozen or so people who came in while I was there didn't seem to have any issues or complaints.

Absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with for drug screening. Had an appointment, said appointment was invalid and tried talking to a person over the phone and the automated system says press 6 to talk to someone, you press 6 and it says input invalid. They have no receptionist and only a tablet, finally talked to someone and he got an attitude with me because I was annoyed that while setting up the drug screen is said they close at 4:30 yet nowhere when setting up a drig screen did it say they stop them at 1:30. All the negative reviews are very waranted and then some. Who doesn't have a human receptionist or AT LEAST a human be able to answer a phone....

Made an appointment, checked in, was called within minutes. Referring Dr. was from out of State. Quest transcribed and entered my info, performed painless draw and had me out the door in under 15 minutes. Can’t get any better than that! Staff was professional and friendly. Thank you Quest team. Really appreciate your dedication under pressure. Never forget you are making a difference.

I have had 2 good previous experiences here previously, and one bad one (3 sticks to get a vein, both arms, and finally successful in my hand), but this visit today was the BEST. I warned Christian that I have tiny veins that like to move (my dad does too... it SUCKS), and let him know I had previously had issues. He was able to get the vein on the very first try - easy peasy. He had a very kind and pleasant demeanor, and made me feel very relaxed. An EXCELLENT phlebomist. I hope he's there next time I have an appointment - I appreciate not having huge hematomas! Thanks Christian!

A rude and disrespectful lady refuses to take blood from a cancer patient because she doesn’t know how to skip a page in her computer to verify insurance policy and also refuses to help. Then kicks the patient out too.This is some serious stuff and I hope she gets what she deserves. management better do something about her because I won’t let this go
