I keep getting voice mails, text messages and phone calls from this dealership to purchase a vehicle I don't own. I have told them several times I am NOT THE PERSON they are attempting to contact, yet they refuse to remove my number from their system and keep contacting me.

I got off work at 7:00 am yesterday and saw right away I had a flat right front tire. My vehicle is 1 year old with only 11,000 miles on it. I should have called GEICO and had them put my spare on. But I was so close to Kendall and I bought it there last year, I made a big mistake and drove it there! They said the tire needed replaced because there was a big piece of metal- so I said of course. Then they said I needed to replace all 4 of my tires since it is 4WD. I was suspicious because even cheap tires usually go at least 40k miles, and these were top of the line tires. I said okay I'll buy 4 new tires but I need done right away so I can sleep and get ready for work. I was lied to and they said they were going to work it in after first couple of vehicles were done. 4 1/2 hours later 12:30 pm I called to see if my truck was done and told no, but it shouldn't "be long" ! I told them I was tired and staying awake to get my vehicle- that instead if one tire was getting 1041.00 for 4 new tires. Now I had been awake 24' hours. They close at 6 pm. At 5 pm I called to ask what was going on and why kit was taking 9 hours, 4 tires to fix one tire. I was told ," it's almost done" it will be done by 6 pm because service department closes at 6 pm. I was told shuttle would come get me, after standing outside in 81' weather at 5:45 pm I called again and asked where the shuttle was, oh no shuttle was coming but a Lyft driver was on the way. I was too tired to go to work after staying awake for a day and a half. If I'd have gone to Costco and really needed 4 tires they would have given me credit for the low mileage on the extremely low mileage on three tires! They are liars, thieves, slow and if you go to service department at risk of being ripped off and taking hours for a hour job! I'm disgusted because I bought my vehicle there, they are close but I'll never go there fir anything. Worst ripoff ever and 9 hours! If I could give less than one star I would. I'm a senior citizen so I guess I was easy prey. Don't make my mistake! Ripped off of time and money!

I started the buying process online and sent them the VIN and pictures of my trade in. They offered a deal and it looked good so I went to the dealer with my trade in. They inspected it and the deal was all set. Then I waited two hours for financing but evrything went as expected and I began to sign the papers. I was about ten minutes from leaving with my new truck. Then the manager comes in and said he made an "egregious error" and he overpriced my trade in by $15,000. They offered to "re-do the numbers". I replied that I'm not giving them one penny more and that we had a signed deal. He said something insulting about why I think I would get that much for my trade. I took my keys and left. Usually, after they offer you a trade in price and they have several opportunities to change it, they either change it or sign off on the deal. These people signed off on it and then changed it as I was about to walk out the door. This is a whole new level of scam, invented right here at Kendall Ford in Meridian. As I was leaving, the salesman was kind enough to say that at least I didn't take it home. Then they would have had to come and get it back.

We are on a cross country trip from St. Louis to California and back. That is why we contacted Kendall to give our Super Duty a once over. They made space for us because we were to be in Boise 2-weeks. We dropped it off at 7a and they called us by noon to tell us the transfer case / rear end coolant should be replaced since we'd be continuing on our trip. We did, reminding them we were not in a hurry. They called us within 3.5 hours! Our truck is running as great. The service manager was personable and nice. We are so grateful for Kendall's excellent service!

Outstanding service all around. Recently had my 2019 F150 in for oil change and general maintenance as I was approaching 100K miles and maint pkg was expiring. I spoke with Garret Rush and told him what issues I had and that my maint pkg was close to expiring. He said, "No problem We got you". He and a technician looked over my truck and figured out all that needed to be done. He called and said they'd need to order parts and then get it scheduled to be worked on. I was expecting 2-3 weeks but Garret called me in 2 days and said parts were in and they could get it done today. I brought my truck in and they got right to work. The technician literally took the keys from me and got to work on my truck. Garret said he'd keep me posted on the progress and when I could expect it to be done. Through out the whole process Garret kept me up to date and informed. The Ford Technician did a great job and my truck is running like NEW... ready for another 100k+ miles! The whole team at Kendall Quick Lane has always done a great job. This time they went above and beyond to get the job done right and make the customer happy. This is why I will continue to trust the team at Kendall Quick Lane to keep my F150 in top shape. THANK YOU Garret & Team I could not be happier with the service.

Came in for a full service oil change without an appointment and they got me in and out in about an hour, which I would say is pretty good for a Saturday in the afternoon. The service itself was good, except I asked them to set my ture pressure to the recommended pressure, and they forgot to do that part...other than that, everything went well.

Mike Parr, you were awesome to work with. It was almost a two year wait but you hung there with us. You were patient with me on all my nagging weekly calls, you kept me up to date with the status of my bronco, following it across the country and when it did arrive you were very thorough in explaining all the bells and whistles of our new Bronco - most of which I'll forget! I ordered a new Bronco Badlands Sasquatch with High package, so I spent a decent amount of money here. I picked it up July 2022 after I waited 2 years for the Bronco to arrive, but when it got to the dealer nobody contacted me. I called, but was told my salesperson would get back to me. I called all week till he was finally back and I had to schedule coming in the next day because he took several hours to call me back. My Bronco had sat on the lot for a week because my salesperson decided to personally deliver a truck to a more important customer - which he TOLD ME when I asked why nobody called me when the delivery truck pulled in with my ordered Bronco. Insult to injury: I had to wait ANOTHER day to take my Bronco because even though it was fully financed by my credit union and the Bronco fully insured by Allstate days before I got to the dealer because I already had the VIN - Kendall told me they were not allowing me to take my Bronco because they wanted a check for the full amount from my bank in hand in case I drove off and wrecked it. My CU overnighted the check - but as a retired 51 year old cop, I just looked blankly at the sales manager completely shocked by how I was being treated. BUT IT GETS WORSE: i drove off without thoroughly going over the Bronco, mostly because it was 100 degrees out and I was frustrated by day 2. There was a wind noise coming from the hard top by my passenger window, so I figured the window was down a crack. It wasn't and this noise cause me 8 months of total frustration with Kendall Ford. When I got home and in my garage I looked at my new Bronco lovingly. Only to be horrified that there was no washer fluid, low oil, no anti-freeze in the reserve tank, it was water spotted from only being hosed off, the interior had a coat of dust and the tires had all the chalk and stick marks all over them. Kendall Ford had never gone through this Bronco, but they certainly did drive it that week as it had over 20 miles on it. My salesperson said that's normal. NO. It's not normal and I ordered the car and nobody should have been driving it. I ended up driving to Kendall Ford 5 times for issues and being ignored for 4 months before finally filling out one of the many "How did we do" emails they'd send me. Now I am at 9 trips to Kendall, 2 trips they kept it for a week each time. The hood is bent at the left front, they've had it 4 times looking at that and not fixing it. The windows needed new regulators and motors - that got fixed during one of its week long stays. BUT THE HARD TOP IS STILL NOT FIXED AFTER 9 TRIPS, 2 WEEK LONG STAYS AND A COMPLETELY CORRUPT ENGINEER INSPECTION COMPARING IT WITH ANOTHER OWNED BRONCO WITH THE SAME ISSUE.My friends who own Bronco's got theirs from Corwin and they say any issue they have had was fixed by Corwin. They say their buying experience made them feel very much apart of a "Bronco family" and very much apart of the Bronco experience. Also, my buddy has my exact Bronco and his does not have this sound. As a matter of fact, I have been in 5 similar 2 door Broncos with hard tops that DO NOT have this noise and they are lower models than mine. I have purchased and leased 5 Ford vehicles over the years. I had a 1969 Bronco that I sold to get this new one. I planned on selling my 2018 Tahoe for a second 4 door Bronco. I do not recommend Kendall. I hear they are opening up a Kendall Bronco club - Really??!! I have repeatedly been told by Kendall Service that they need bulletins and constant guidance from Ford before they can fix "all these" Bronco issues coming in and that they don't have enough experience with the new Broncos to help me with my Bronco's obvious problems - so does this mean better service for Bronco owners?My Bronco has ONLY 2912 miles on it. The 8 months I have had it, I have really only driven it to and from Kendall Ford and after 9 visits I would think more would be done and my experience bettered.

Brett at Kendall took such great care of us. Once again, Kendall has exceeded our expectations. We love our new Acura. Kendall inspects & cleans the cars & Brett even filled up the gas tank. The only negative thing is there's no spare tire or jack but Brett's looking into that for us. Brett even called to check in and see how we're loving the new car. The yummy complimentary coffee, tea & water while you're waiting is a very nice touch. Keep up the great customer service! Thank you!

I went in to look at the new bronco sport first stop was the show room there were plenty sales people not even one person asked if they could help me. I went out to look at the vehicle on the lot was out there for about twenty minutes still no one. So looks like they would rather play on their computers then help a customer. I sure was treated better at Kendall GMC.

I wish there a NO STAR that I could choose to rate this place. I'm so upset because of the poor service that me and my husband received today. I have a brand new Edge Ford headlight that was given to me, My husband went to this Ford last week and spoke to Chris " He said yes we can put this in your car for the amount of $550" and he gave us an appointment for the installation of the headlight (11/9 @ 7:30am) . Today we are in Ford at 7:30am and the receptionist guy took my car keys and our information he said he will call or email us when the car is done. We receive a call at 5pm from Chris saying that they cannot install my headlights it needs to be ordered from Ford and it will cost $1,200 What the hell! So we drove back to this Ford dealership and a another Chris talk to us " he said we cannot install the headlights that you guys have, so why the hell that other Chris told us they can install it and why it took a long time to call us back if they cannot do it. Chris replied " oh, because we are looking for some alternatives" so it takes 9 hrs to look for some alternatives??!! This people just wasted our time and gas. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE I WILL TELL OUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS HOW POORLY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
