Most recent experience 3 star. It’s noisy enough on here and now they’re playing non stop, LOUD music. It’s annoying.
Also why aren’t there shades for all the windows? Customer centricity would make this a five star.
First experience Five Star: The facility is very clean which makes waiting for your clothing to get washed and dryed a much better experience. They have a variety of sizes for washers and dryers which is super nice. The staff is helpful, available and friendly. There's a restroom and plenty of seating. The folding tables are big and there are plenty of carts around to use. There is Wi-Fi and honestly everything you need for laundry day.

First time going there to wash all my rugs. Very nice. Very clean. Got excellent help from Misty showing me all the ropes of how to get started. She was super friendly to all the customers there and so cheerful and helpful. I’ll be going back for sure.

This laundry facility is so nice. Doing laundry is not the finest thing to do, but at least being here is a good experience. Very clean and the lady that works here is so helpful and friendly. Nice size machines.

Nice place to do laundry. The store is clean and quiet, and the attendants are helpful and friendly. They have three sizes of washers from small, medium, to large and medium to large sized dryers. I've never been to Rave so I had no idea how things worked. As I entered the laundromat John met me and helped me every step of the way through loading a laundry card, using the washer, and using the dryer! John is an absolutely wonderful and an incredible asset to Rave!

Very clean, and there is an attendant that is helpful. Small washer is $4, they take cards or cash.

I brought my large washable area rug here to drop off to get washed. I walked in at first without the rug to make sure they could take it, and stood there for about 10 mins without anyone coming to the front desk. I saw the sign of the services they offer and it said “large rugs” so I decided to go to my car to bring the rug in. I brought it in and stood there for another 7 minutes and ended up having to stick my head over the counter to get the woman’s attention who was just sitting there doing nothing in the office. The blonde haired woman with glasses and bangs came out and was immediately rude. Came up with every excuse as to why she couldn’t wash the rug and told me I could try to do it myself. God forbid she actually had someone come in to give her WORK to do. Such a disappointment. I will never come back here.

$20 for one load. Huh? The employee was super nice to let me back into the locked building to finish clothes in the dryer, cuz I had no idea they close at 7pm. Because what laundromat does...? So thank you to the amazing employee she was so kind. The washer itself smelled like MOLD and marijuana, enough so that I was worried it would transfer to my clothes. I'll be the first to admit I hardly ever use a laundromat and so royally screwed it up. Had to buy cleaning and dryer products there which aren't cheap. But a washer at $10 a load? What. Between the price and hours who would ever come here? Crazy. I used one a month ago in Boise and it was 6 bucks a load and open 24 hours. There is an employee on site here and she kept the bathrooms very clean and it's setup well with an area for kids and a TV and chairs. But does that make it worth over 3x the cost as a 24 hour place? Maybe for some.

This place was clean and friendly. The washers and dryers were in good condition. Very appreciative of the kind help of staff to help with getting laundry cards loaded- as the machines aren’t coin operated.

I came today for the first time. Had two big fluffy comforters that clearly wouldn't fit in my washer at home. I was clueless on how much would fit, how much to put on a card, how long to dry etc.... And ....I walked away with a really great experience. The attendant working was fabulous. She was so friendly and helpful. She told me how much could fit, how much to put on the card & how long to dry and she was spot on with all the suggestions. She was the only person onsite and was clearly very busy, but yet was so attentive to everyone. When I was done drying she came over & helped me fold my blankets.
The equipment was well kept & clean. My total wash and dry time was 60 mins, which is impressive.
I don't forsee needing to come back anytime soon, but I certainly will when needed and I'll certainly tell others.

This place has done it to me several times, with an hour and five minutes left. They won't let you wash. I'd have to take my clothes to work and come wash them right away without eating. It's outrageous. They should change the closing time an hour and five minutes earlier, or maybe the old man wants to go home quickly. I hope this review helps. I added a third photo where older people must have had their clothes inside and they were not allowed to enter, but what is that?

I really enjoy going to Rave laundry. It's clean and the atmosphere is great. I can wash and dry faster than inside my apartment complex. Thank you
