Sadly, I feel like the standards have been slipping since COVID-19. I know I could have mentioned that my burger was a disappointment and the friendly staff would have offered to take care of everything, but should I have had to? I even feel a little guilty leaving this review because ultimately I'm sure management is being held to some unrealistically high standard set by the company's "leadership."The same leadership that is likely hamstringing the operations ability to offer quality over profit. I don't see Red Robin being around much longer if they follow their current trajectory...

Red Robin has good food but their service at least at this location is terrible. Upon arriving I called the take out service and the lady said they will get it out as soon as they can because they don’t know if it’s even done yet. Which is fine. Except it was done and had been done even when I called, spent $50 on below room temperature food. I feel like they shouldn’t even have this as a service at all because they clearly can’t keep up with it.

My friend & I went there for lunch on 4/18/24. We were greeted & seated immediately. Then our waitress Kiersten was quick to ask what beverages we’d like, gave our menus. Drinks & food came out rather quickly & Kiersten was prompt checking in on us! Midway through our meal, McKenna came to our table, introduced herself & was the GM. She politely inquired on the food & service we’d had & we were happy to tell her we were both Very pleased with both, the food ‘ the prompt service Kiersten gave! We both will definitely be back!! ~ Thanks again to the great service we had & the GM inquiring truly wanted to be sure we’d received the food & attention a customer would expect!-Definite 5-Stars!

We order food for curbside pickup, and we were told it would be brought out right away. We waited 20 minutes and no food. I finally decided to go inside and get the food and the hostesses at the front were just playing around. My food was on the cart ready to go and cold by the time I got it.

We celebrated a big surprise birthday here today and everyone involved was fantastic! I called yesterday to see if we could reserve a table for 15 people but unfortunately they don't do reservations. However, the GM McKenna, asked me to call a few hours before everyone would arrive and she would ensure we got a table. Once there today, we got our table which was situated in the back (perfect to surprise our birthday girl) and they allowed us to decorate it up. They even allowed us to bring in a cake and kept it in the fridge for us until we were ready for it.The staff was very attentive and McKenna even came by a few times to see if there was anything else she could do to make our day special.The food was fantastic as always and they kept the bottomless items in full supply!I am so greatful to the staff for making this such a seamless gathering! The surprise turned out great and we couldn't have done it stress free if it weren't for this team!Thank you!Kid-friendliness: Lots of coloring and activities, including games you can purchase at your table.

I love Red Robin, but I'm extremely disappointed. Because of covid, we haven't eaten inside a restaurant for a year. Since it's 72 degrees today. I brought my parents to the Meridian Red Robin to eat on the patio! We got here and were informed that the patio is not ready yet. So amazingly sad.I should have called ahead. :(

We really like red robin but this one has a major fail. We went for dinner on March 30th. No wait we got sat right away. We ordered chips and queso and the chips were soggy and chewy. The server never came back to check on us. The appetizer was inedible. We finished our drinks and the server still was not back. We got our main course and still no server for drinks. We are almost done with our meals when the server finally came back. When he was informed about the chips he said "Oh that's okay because they are bottomless, I will get you more" and dashed of quickly before we could ask for our refills. We then finished our meal and was waiting on the checks still not having chips or refills. He then brought over our drinks and we asked for the check and when he came back with the check he brought burnt chips with salt drenched over all of them as we were getting ready to leave. We paid cash and when he brought are change he gave us $10 when our change was $11.10. it is not his choice if we wanted to leave him anything especially after how horrible the service was.

I love eating at Red Robin. Our service on 3/27/24 was very bad. All three of us ordered Fish and Chips. I have ordered this before and asked if we could have a little more coleslaw than 2 teaspoons in a very small cup. The server did not know what i was asking, but said he would see what he could do. They gave my friend more coleslaw, but no fries, and charged her an extra 1.99. The server never came back to our table. A nice man came from the kitchen and asked if everything was okay. We asked why one of us never got fries. He didn't know why and brought us some. We were never asked if we needed refills. Our server ignored us. We saw him several times by the kitchen but never looked our way. With the donation and tip, we left 108.00. We will continue supporting Red Robin, but a little more training and customer service is needed. Thank you.

Bathroom was gross and dirty. Service was super slow. Had to ask for silverware, napkins, and straws. The food was not good. Broccoli came out before the entres. The onion rings were room temp. The fish was loaded with salt. The bun was soggy. The sandwich fell apart.

They changed my chicken sandwich. It was fine but it was not the same. I come here once a week and now I won't be. 3-25-23 First time they put my ranch on my chicken sandwich. Appreciate.
