Sassy Nails has been my go-to place for years. The last two times in particular produced a shoddy, uneven, hurried and unwanted result; i.e., one side of a nail would be filed steeply to the inside while the other side was more rounded. Some nails had a sharp peak on the top of the off-kilter nail. I grabbed the file and did the best I could. There was no reduction of my real nail under the acrylic tip and no polish on the top edges. Some of the nail sides were without polish or were left with divots along the sides. Some oil was quickly slapped on my nails at the end and I was sent out the door--not without paying, of course. There is one nail tech that does consistently great work (Orianne) and another one (Zoey) who is also good. This is my last time to visit this once great salon that's only 3 minutes from my house.

I had a full set done here two months ago for $60, it took 32 minutes and the quality was so awful I got in the car and cried. I could have done a better job at home…. it was just globs of acrylic at the end of each finger. Today, my daughter (against my better judgement) had a full set put on and they charged her $75… and didn’t offer cash back when she gave them $80. She asked for them to be long and was ignored, and hers look horrific as well. Steer clear… There are too many other options to waste time on overpriced, poor quality.

This is my favorite nail salon, and I've had many stylists at Sassy work on my nails over the years. Unfortunately, I don't live in Idaho, so I don't get to see them as often as I'd like. Tracy and her professional, talented staff are the best!

Staff is very friendly, and I have seen them interact with customers who have obviously been there for years, and they are beyond considerate. They do a great job, and the prices are very reasonable.

Worst pedi ever. It’s basically a polish change . They barely scrub the bottom of your feet. And it’s cash only. I will not return.
