An older employee with dark hair was extremely rude and her neice was at work with her. The child looked to only be around 9-10 years of age and was cleaning with a duster and then cleaning the duster off all over next to paying customers, the grime off duster was sticking my clothes and my face while trying to pay. The child was doing whatever she wanted with limited supervision. We were not asked by an employee once how we were or if we needed help! Only told by the rude employee to go the the one register to pay cash, even though we were paying with a card. I would not visit this store again at this location due to the lack of interaction and only being spoken to about how to pay. Also, the employee checking us out had me go through the entire process to log in and when it got to me waiting for the security code to get into my account took the iPad back and said to skip that part so I never got any points for my order. A waste of time in that aspect, very frustrating experience and rude employees.

Man, if I could give this SEPHORA a 10, I would. Just like the one in Boise, their knowledgable employees & customer service were Amazing! Will only go to this SEPHORA or Boise's from now on.

Emily from Sephora in Kohl’s in Meridian , ID . was such a huge help ! She went out of her way to color match me and even make sure I got my summer tone ! Answered all my questions She was so sweet ! Such a doll and her smileSure was very bright ! Love her !!!

Y time at Sephora was amazing. I went in with my Daughter to get some Christmas gifts. There was a young Lady there trying to prepare for a wedding. She only had a few dollars. God blessed me with the money and I had a perfect situation to try and out give God. I gave the young lady the money. The joy of her face was enough for me. Sephora is a blessing.
