Natalie just gave my teen-aged son a perk for his acne broken-out skin. He was self-conscious going there - but I convinced him to go. Natalie made him feel totally at ease, his skin is already looking better, and she recommended a product that will be great for post-sports when we can't get right home to wash his face. Natalie is awesome!

Employees thought I was stealing bc I put spoolies in my bag out in the open in front of multiple employees ? I think these people are rlly bored at work lol. Jokes aside it made me and my friends rlly uncomfortable when they wouldn’t leave us alone and made snarky comments. As a cosmetics/retail worker myself we make sure to never make guests uncomfortable regardless of suspicions, unless they are proven correct. I get it was a misunderstanding but still ?♀️

I had to run into Sephora today to pick up a few items. The entire staff interaction was very pleasant and helpful, which is very nice. I've not had that same experience at other Sephora locations!

I’ve been going to Sephora for a while since I used to be a makeup artist and have always loved the options that Sephora had. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I went to the Meridian location to purchase my favorite mascara and to look at some skincare products and the girl at the front was really nice and talked to me a little bit and I continued on to look around. As I was looking around I noticed a guy step out of the back room, look at me and start whispering to one of the staff. Next thing I knew they had multiple people coming up to give me “customer service”. All I wanted to do was look at some skincare products and find my favorite mascara and maybe a moisturizer but they made me feel uncomfortable and seemed to be constantly watching me. They made me feel like I was a thief or something and I really don’t know why. I had some of the same people rotating around coming up to provide “customer service” but I’ve worked in retail and have talked to previous employees that have stated that they do that if they believe someone is stealing and with how they were watching me that is exactly how I felt. I’ve never stolen anything in my life and they made me feel so uncomfortable. They might as well have just held my hand in the store and walked with me. I’m just really disappointed in how I was treated and I would like to know why they were only doing it to me and not the other customers in the store. This Sephora is the only location that has the YSL mascara that I love so it’s unfortunate that now I’ll have to order it from the YSL website instead of just being able to go in and pick it up. But I would rather pay the shipping fees and just order directly from their website than go into this Sephora and get treated like I’m a potential thief.

If you enjoy interfacing with a snobbish overtly contemptuous vapid staff then this store is for you. I go through phases of shopping at Sephora and I always thought my irritated feeling afterwards was due to how much money I just spent on one tube of lipstick. My husband came in with me today to get a present for our niece, we were there maybe 10 min & every staff encounter we had felt weird & unpleasant. My husband afterward in the parking lot said “was it just me or did those people seem like they were annoyed to be alive”.

Not a good location. I picked out 4 items for in store pickup that were all listed as 'in stock' on the Sephora website. 12 hours later I received an email stating that ALL of the items were out of stock and my order was cancelled.I still see a charge on my debit card for all of the items. Now I have to follow up with customer service and deal with their error.

I had received the best customer service from this Sephora location. I wanted to try out laminated eyebrows for the first time ever and didn't know where to start. The staff was prompt when I told them the trend. The young lady told me about this AB product and I just wasn't sure if I'd like it (the display was not out). Well I thanked her as another staff took it upon herself to offered to apply it on me. She was very nice and was soft with the application. I absolutely loved it and felt like they had gone above and beyond for me. I've been shopping for what seems like 20 years with Sephora and the staff impressed me. They knew what to offer for my request, were knowledgeable, and gave me a beautiful application. I was sold and felt really cared about as a customer. Best experience ever. Thank you!!

Found a new, lovely scent that works with my body chemistry - Lotus Pear by The Seven Virtues. Now I can switch between this and my other favorite perfume - Yellow Diamond by Versace. Of course, only coconut scents for Summer so I'll be saving this for Fall. ☺️

The last 2 times I have been into this location I have been followed around, watched closely without being asked if I need help, and treated as though I’m about to steal stuff. Every time I turned a corner there’s a worker there watching me but doesn’t speak to me. These instances have been specifically with the older women that work there, all give rude hateful glares and talk down to me or don’t talk to me at all. Would not recommend this location.

Sephora, located at the village in Meridian, Idaho is Magical! When you enter the store you are greeted with such pleasantries.The Beauty Advisor, Savannah was such a huge help. I went in today asking for help to find foundation and some loose powder to match my oily skin. Marco was so amazing, he was fun, funny, professional and so helpful. He took the time to try different tones on my skin and I’m so so happy with their customer service. The best Sephora store I’ve been to.

Had a list of 6 things i needed to restock and they had 1 item in store to purchase. The girl continued to recommend me similar product that were also out of stock.. not helpful. The guy at the register literally recommended I try ulta.. that was funny.
