Went to the Sierra at the village in Meridian, it was Veterans Day. First Sierra that has denied my husband's veterans discount, we will not go back.

Tonight as I was walking with my wife and kids towards their register. My little girl was slowing me down. Trying to get there and do what I need to do with kids is hard sometimes. I am walking and trying to find Sierra App on my phone. Manager Julia tells me to ge to the register as they are closing! I look at her and tell her I am walking no need to push me. She continues to add to my problems by saying we are basically closed. As I am trying to pay but young gentleman is having heart time, he doesn’t know what he is doing. I look over she asks my 10 year old and her sisters to wait outside. 10 years old, 14, and 17! Then she comes over and trys to help the cashier. So my time is wasted and I am waiting extra trying to check out but she asks my kids to wait outside. Keep in mind it’s fricken cold outside. It’s 930pm. Anyway I have never seen someone so cruel and cold yet laughing in your face while disrespecting you. Her employees laughed at me and my wife. Thanks Sierra

Such a great selection of men's and women's clothing including everything from coats to t-shirts. There is something for everyone. They also have sports gear and a great selection of shoes. ... The staff was well represented by the young lady that helped us. Chloe was so cheerful, and all smiles. She showed a dedication to service, which is something that is in short supply these days.

The manager and cashier named Lisa are really rude and were super racist to my mom who is Native American. When I calmly brought up the situation letting them know that they were making false assumptions, they were very defensive and just said “well, sorry about that.” It’s not okay to treat people this way, Lisa and manager at this location.

Defective dog cot. A male employee told us they had problems with them ripping out at the seams and we should being it in. The assistant manger, Yulia, was rude and refused to help us. She also refused to give me the manager's name or contact information.
Sierra has lost all of our families business for a $35 dog cot. Oh, they told us we could sew it. Apparently, Sierra doesn't stand behind bad merchandise.
