I'm not a very patient person when it comes to shopping. Especially for a big purchase item like a new bed. Leslie Holiday made our experience very comfortable and informative. She gave my wife and I the information that we needed to feel confident in making a decision. She was patient and allowed us the time that we needed to process information before committing to a purchase. We are excited to receive our new Sleep Number bed. I highly recommend going to learn more from Leslie if you are in the market and in the Meridian area.

We have had a horrendous experience. As of now we bought this bed approximately six or seven weeks ago with the delivery happening for weeks ago already the bed is still not connected to the app. The sales rep did a horrible job during the set up and did not merge the two accounts for us to be able to access the bed. My husband has spent over 10 hours on the customer service line, going round and round and round with him about it’s gonna take 3 to 5 days for it to take place and like I said were in week four and our bed is still not connected to make matters worse. I just received the bill that I need to pay my first payment and again the bed is not working I’ve tried to reach corporate, and to no avail.

1st, Sterns & Foster is supposed to be the best mattresses at $4k - $5K. These Sleep number beds make S & F look like a free week at Disneyland for cost. The store was very nice. Associate was very friendly and helpful and answered all of the wifes concerns. For me, only 5 min will tell if a mattress will work for me. The C10 did make my back feel better after this test. I'm glad they have a 100 night test period. Just be aware. Buying these beds are just like buying a good used car. Sticker shock.

If you are on the fence about a Sleep Number bed, jump off and run the other way. We bought our mattress in May. We were both super excited about the purchase thinking that it was the answer to our mattress woes but it just added more woes. Did you know that if your mattress has a manufacturer or set up defect caused by the delivery, setup, or it is just plain defective you have to troubleshoot the problem first with sleep score numbers in the 30s. Then you wait 10 more days for the part to come in and them to schedule to fix it? Two weeks of terrible sleep is too much to ask a customer to go through because you don't stock replacement parts. They did take the bed back but not without leaving us charged with $947 that I am still fighting with them over. They did refund the pickup fee of $250 but won't refund the delivery fee. They delivered me A DEFECTIVE BED!!!! They are more trouble than they are worth. There are too many parts to worry about breaking or malfunctioning. Stick to shopping at a mattress store that will take returns.

The Sleep Number salesman (Wayne, also store manager) was very knowledgeable and polished with the information he was instructed to share. My wife and I did buy a mattress and bottom box with Wayne’s help.The entire process went smoothly until the delivery options were presented.Two options were presented to us by Wayne, online stated free delivery and Wayne confirmed free delivery, the options consisted of:#1 $249 their personnel setup and program the newly purchased Sleep Number bed.#2 $99 door step delivery and I (the customer) complete the setup and programming.We (my wife and I) opted to save the $150 and take option #2.When Wayne (salesman) makes the change in the stores computer system he shares with me the new lower price. After hearing the new price I realize the price was only $50 cheaper.When I asked Wayne to repeat the price, he realizes I have caught the discrepancy and he starts with his attempt at an academy award acting performance of surprise as to what happened. Now let’s add additional information at this junction, remember he is the store manager and been working at Sleep Number 20+ years.His response was comical to say the least, here goes his explanation, “apparently since you chose the door step delivery now the system is charging for delivery because you’re located in New Meadows!” Free delivery went away when we decided to handle the setup and programming, amazing….Wayne refused to waive the delivery charge and claimed he was unaware that is how their system handled door step delivery and your in New Meadows, the store is in Meridian.Wayne was aware of where we lived from the beginning and we were requesting delivery to our home. Never was it mentioned we were out of their delivery range.We ended up redoing the paperwork and choosing the #1 option letting them setup the bed and programming.Wasn’t worth it for $50….

I purchased a sleep number bed 2 1/2 years ago. Paid $3,000 bought the cool/heat pad (too slippery). I woke up 2 weeks ago with a stiff neck, I thought I slept wrong. After 3 days my back was killing me I ended up in the ER. I thought my bed felt soft but my remote said it was at my number 50. I was in bed on muscle relaxers and again thought my bed was too soft. I put the bed up to 100 and back down to 50. It was obvoiusly losing air slowly throughtout the night, I called customer service they dignosed it over the phone and was happy to overnight the part but needed a credit card for the $500 part, oh but with my warranty it's $300. NO WAY! I like the bed but now I fear I will be buying parts all the time. I'll be buying a new bed today.

Leslie was very helpful. She is not a pushy sales person. She would show us what was available to buy and when we said no, she backed off, just like a good salesman should.

We bought our sleep number bed a few years ago. Salesman was personable and what sold is on the expensive bed was that the salesman told us that the bed was covered by warranty. If anything broke our if the mattress had to much sag it was covered under warranty. I called for warranty support and found out that this is not true. The first 2 years are covered, then coverage is prorated. They want over $200 for a piece of foam and the top padded cover also sags and is not covered. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! The warranty is a scam!

Lee Casebeer treated my 17 year old son with respect & kindness like he was his own child- I was not there. Spoke w lee over the phone. We found mattresses for much less but paid a lot more money for excellent customer service! Thanks lee for taking great care of my son! 3x sleep # mattress owners!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. They are a bunch of liars and are just trying to get a paycheck. If you finance, beware because they are just signing you up for a credit card, not true financing. Went in to the store to confront them that they lied and signed me up for a credit card without my permission and they tried to tell me that that was how financing works. Bunch of scammy cheapskates

Original visit was great, sales lady was super nice and helpful.Fast forward to within our 100 day return timeframe and ..We showed up right at opening on Friday, there was only 1 person working, there were 2 customers waiting to do returns, instead of helping us the guy decided to make sales calls instead. Not a couple minutes of sales calls … over 20 minutes while we waited in front of him.I get you are paid by sales but customers in store no matter what should always come first. Calls should always be second. Nope, not here, dude could care less.
