Working with my provider Jacob Radil, has been very genuine and great. I initially was seen by Nicholas Hutt PA-C, however he left just 6 weeks after my visit, so I was rescheduled with Jacob. This couldn't have worked out better and honestly (thank goodness!)Jacob is incredible. Not only did I feel heard, but I felt like Jacob gave a thorough and complete exam. Which wasn't something I experienced initially with the prior provider. Just a couple weeks after my visit with Jacob, I was able to reach out to him through a mychart message about a concern with my treatment plan with so much ease and timeliness. Providers see quite a few a patients a day, so to balance all that and then messages, labs, and imagine results...is a workload. Much of this is done on their own personal time, so I really felt valued with his response, and that my concerns were important.Spine care clinics see a lot of the same concerns/complaints day-in and day-out.. and this monotonous type of care can create behaviors that reflect complacency or apathy for patient concerns. I didn't feel this way once with Jacob. What I felt to be important, was received in the same way to him. I hope to continue receiving patient care from Jacob, and Ive shared my experience with my PCP so she can refer others also!Thank you Jacob for having exceptional patient care. Thank you for advocating for patients concerns, like mine.Molly K.

My first visit to St Luke’s Spine Care Clinic was nothing short of amazing. I’ve been waiting for so long for my referral here, and I’m so happy I was able to come in.Front staff were organized and friendly, and meeting Jacob Radil was such a completely positive experience. He gave me all the time I needed, and we talked through treating the symptoms and not the imaging, and the best way to manage flare-ups. Best of all, he remained upbeat and positive and helped me to see this as something to manage, not something to fear and stop my life for.I also totally appreciate how he used vocabulary - careful, positive, and descriptive words - that can help my brain stay focused on what’s happening during a flare-up (I.e., muscles and tissues swelling and pushing against bone, etc.). Now I know I don’t need to panic over worrying something seriously is wrong with my nerves and I can talk myself off the flare-up ledge next time.Thank you all for making this a positive experience.
