This pharmacy is great! I love these guys so much! They hustle and they work so very hard! I appreciate their patience just as much as I believe they show appreciation for mine. It's just so much easier for me to go this route especially for right now. Thank you all so very much!

I called and they asked when I could pick
Up a compound for my daughter they said they couldn’t do it the day the prescription was issued so I told pharmacist I could pick up @9:30 am or 3:30pm o showed up at 3:30 and got put on hold and was told it would be 45 min and I could wait or go do something. I had to make a special trip into that area just for the compound to be told to wait with an infant and 2.5 yr old because no one could communicate. Now my child has to go longer without something they needed.

I got New insurance so had to Change Pharmacy’s not close to my Home at all so I called I only new about a locker box because of the Great staff at 10 mile Walmart pharmacy I called no one on the phone could explain the process acted-super to busy to help then when I said I live far away I really would like to know she got someone mostly knew kind of.. said I had to sign up so thought I would go to the pharmacy still 2 people did not know but waited and they found someone that knew . I made a huge mistake by asking if I could get 90 days with my new insurance she acted annoyed ( fyi my rx’s had been ready for 2 days. But since I asked a question !! I would have to wait now to get them and they had to be redone. I did not pick up I just ask a question I love st Luke’s for care and the Hospital but not happy with the Pharmacy oh don’t forget no drive thru and park a mile away. Sorry just feels like the patient not important

I have worked with many different pharmacy professionals at St. Lukes Meridian, all are wonderful. In particular, Pharmacist Troy, has been incredible both with his knowledge and his professionalism.I know that I am receiving the best care when Troy is helping me.
