Spent 5 dollars on a small drink. It was 1/4 cup lemonade and 3/4 ice.

Great place, good coffee, I love coffee, the inside was also really cute. I found the service great as well. The employee was really sweet and kind. I look forward to coming again.

I was really excited to finally have a Starbucks on this side of town. Unfortunately, the consistency is HORRIBLE here. Both in how the drinks are made and how much they charge for them. If you go in the morning and are visiting when the more mature baristas are there the service is better. However, if you go in the afternoon and the younger crowd is working you never know what you're going to get. I order a Trenta Cold Brew with Half + Half (sometimes with classic syrup) every SINGLE day (not always from this store) and I know EXACTLY how much it costs and how it's supposed to be made (per Starbucks protocol). Sometimes this location charges you for the sweetener and sometimes it doesn't (a cold brew is supposed to come WITH Classic Syrup but charge for other flavors). Today was my last straw when the barista charged me $0.70 to add creamer to my coffee, stating that she "got in trouble for not charging for creamer today." I tried to assure her that half + half was only extra if you are replacing it in a milk-based drink, such as a latte, mocha, flat white, etc (ie. an oat-milk latte would be an extra $0.70 because reg milk is standard for this drink). When she called a manager over to talk to me she stated, "It's quite possible that the charge for creamer is new." So basically, she didn't know any better than the barista at the counter did. She did however, refund me the coffee + creamer amount even though I didn't ask for her to do so, so that was nice. Basically, I think the problem here is that the workers, and more importantly the managers, are NOT Starbucks employees, they are Albertson's employees. So, when you try to show them how the Starbucks app charges for drinks and what comes standard in them they claim that each location has different pricing protocols, which basically just let's them charge whatever they want to that day. Ugh, so frustrating.

Usually love this store, but on several occasions I have had to deal with the woman who works at the self checkout with the colored Red hair and she is very unpleasant. Don't know how she has a job in customer service!

I came to this starbucks while traveling through Idaho and stopping at Albertson's for provisions in Meridian. The girl at Starbucks (Gracie) made an AMAZING drink and was incredibly pleasant. It is a rarity for me to find a consistent experience from a third-party Starbucks but the barista here was incredibly professional. Gracie deserves a raise!

This is my favorite Albertsons in Boise. The cheese selection is phenomenal and the store is laid out nicely. They do a great job at supporting local businesses and selling local product. The parking lot is easy to access, and it's easy to find a great parking spot. They have little carts for the kiddos and non-squeaking carts for adults. Albertsons is changing the game when it comes to grocery shopping. I only wish this location had a gas station.

I attended the soft opening today and the bar has been set very high!!! Shelves were well stocked with multiples and wide variety of everything! Several things blew me away: 1. The produce section was amazing! Probably the best produce I have seen in Idaho! I will come to this store again, simply for the quality of organic produce I saw. Fresh, ripe, and bountiful 2. Ready made food selection and deli area. So I know this isn't a super Albertsons like the one further up Eagle, but they really made an effort for supplying quality ready made meals. Sushi, meatloaf, salads, roasted chickens. And they all looked fresh and appetizing. Packaged with care! 3. Parking was a breeze. And the lot was slammed! Easy in and out. Good placement of cart returns. 4. The overall layout of the store made sense as well. Thoughtful placement of goods, so that going down your shopping list doesn't have you running back and forth across the store. My hope is they continue to knock it out of the park, providing a quality shopping experience for the community. Well done! Will be back
