I rented a unit and management went inside my rented, paid for unit. That was a violation of my privacy and then refused to email me back about my change of vacate date. I guess they like double rent…which makes 2 violations!!! I will be reporting these violations.

The lady I spoke with was very helpful, she even told me about a promotion if I rented my unit on line. Was willing to walk me thru the steps if needed (but the website is set up in a way that makes it extremely easy to navigate).

Stor-It is a solid choice for storage. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Staff is friendly and helpful, and access is easy and convenient. Units are in good shape and the whole place is well-organized. No complaints at all.
