I walked in and everyone was busy. It looked like one group was waiting for service, so I busied myself looking at phones. Another couple walked in and one person said, "thank you for coming in, well be right with you." About that time a rep finished with his customers and asked the couple that just entered how he could help them. It was as if I was invisible. I don't think I've been ignored like that in a long time.

I have just rejoined t mobile and just a few days into being a new customer I have already deeply regretted doing so.This store wasted 3 hours exchanging a new device, with absolutely no care at all. No sorrys, no empathy whatsoever.Now after the visit I have no internet and i`m dealing again with t mobile's "outstanding" customer service.0 Star to the store and also 0 star to tmobile.PLEASE BE SMARTER AND DO NOT CHOOSE t mobile!

The experience that I had today at this T-mobile is second to none. The team here went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation that I had thought would be unsolvable. I was very happy with my experience here! Osmar and Andrea were very friendly and so helpful! Not only were they able to provide great customer service, but also were knowledgeable about promotions, products, usage…etc. On several separate occasions Osmar was able to help multiple family members and friends get switched over and I would recommend them to anyone else considering visiting the store!

I actually drive out of my way to use this location. ? The employees are always friendly, and know how to help people get the best deals they can. My recent experience with Felipe and Amos was exactly what I've come to expect, which was fantastic! Would defintely recommend!

Customer service was not the best the first time I went in. I was trying to get some help with my phone since my old one had broke and I had just received a new one in the mail. I go in and the only employee who was in there acted distant and barely said anything to me the whole time and seemed pretty uninterested in helping. He did the minimum of what he could have done. I needed my SIM card transfered out of my old phone and put into my new one, he did that for me but overall it was terrible customer service and I was caught off guard by how little he spoke and how unwilling and uninterested he seemed to be in helping me. Very strange since most customer service people I've met in phone stores are more than willing to help, they are very eager to provide good service, and this guy was the exact opposite. Anyways it's too much to get into but I'm still having a bunch of issues with my phone due to the lack of help I have received from the 1 or 2 employees in this store. I had to go back 2 more times just to get almost nothing resolved and like I said I'm still dealing with the same issues. I'm giving this review 2 stars intead of 1 because there was another employee that I interacted with the 3rd time I was there and he actually made a legitimate effort to help me, he listened to what I had to say and was helpful overall. Kudos to that guy since he tried but I probably won't be back to this location since I'm not interested in interacting with random employees who make it obvious they aren't really interested in helping. Unfortunate.

Be careful when leaving Tmobile for another cell phone carrier! If you leave Tmobile a couple of days after your billing cycle, they will charge you for the whole month's service.That being said, leaving Tmobile was good and we should have done it years ago.

My salesman lied to me about length of contract. When my contract should have been up I was told I had 7 more months. Customer service unable to help told go to store I bought phone. Today that manager refused to come out and speak to me. They refused to tell me when I could speak to the manager.

The man in the phone area was great . He found me a new watch band and replaced the broken one. He works for the service providers, not the store. He still helped me with a nonservice item

Isaac was absolutely amazing! I only wish I could give him 10 stars. He was super patient and incredibly helpful. If you are switching phone services, make sure it's with Isaac at T-mobile. He will take the time to make sure you're happy with them.
