I went to see something that was unfamiliar about my bill, but went I came in I was greeted and helped as soon as possible. I was happy with the customer service I was treated with and wanted to thank Martha for explaining to me and helping me understand the bill and showing me the plans that best suits me. Thank you!

We visited this store in August for a promo that they were advertising. If you upgrade to the 5G plan you got two iPhone 14 for free we knew picking an iPhone 14 Pro. We were going to pay a little bit out of cost. It is now February 2024, and the store had put in the code wrong for us, so we have been overbilled by $69 a month since August I’ve called about eight times no one has seem to help us and I’m at a point where I can’t even cancel because they want the full payment of phones but they owe me the money do not recommend I have spoken to multiple supervisors and no one can seem to handle the problem

Came in to check out the home internet. They got my home internet set up for me; everyone there was fantastic and super patient as I’m not the most tech savvy! Also saved me lots of money by switching over! Also really appreciate how knowledgeable and kind the staff was.

Not very often I have anything good to say about a phone store. I went to this one because of the issues I had with a different one. Right off the bat, I was welcomed by Luke and Kysa they were surprised that I had the newest phone and were eager to help out. I ended up activating my new phone and got set up with a new watch, which Kysa took the time to get it synced for me. Luke assisted with helping me get my old phone reset and shipped off. If I had this experience every time, I would be more likely to recommend things to others.

It is just sales office and does not do anything unless your visit bring profit for them. They just ask to contact 1-800 CS team even if you are asked to visit to local office. They simply ignore you if you can get profit directly. They may care only existing or joining customer. Do not expect any info from them. Even web search result they deny to check. So you can not conversation with them.

The manager is awful, the staff are not trained well either. They say whatever they can to get you on their plan and will give you the run around. Went to this store 6 times in one week, worst customer service and were unable to give any resolutions or straight answers. Come here if you enjoy getting your time wasted.

Just got charged a monthly bill for a FREE 2 week trial of home internet. I returned and canceled it before the FREE 2 weeks is up. So for the sales guy to tell us it is free out the door absolutely no charge just return it before the 2 weeks and you are good. We'll just looked at my bill was charged 3 days ago on the bill for it, when the 2 weeks is up tomorrow. Tell me how that makes sense. This is absolutely the worst phone plan there is customer service wise. I called to cancel and ask about the fee and the First Lady told us well I can take into consideration to the upper management and then when I talked to her manager she said she has heard this many times before and can let her people above her know as well. Which clearly means what ever T-Mobile takes into consideration for feedback etc... T-MOBILE does not give a crap about what customers are giving them feed back on. No wonder all of tmobiles reviews are horrible and if they are good at one store it's because they were just at another T-Mobile store and had a bad experience. I would be embarrassed to work for T-MOBILE.
