If you go to this location.. Talk with Skylar! Switching over from version to T-Mobile and switching over from an Android to apple was a very tough decision but Skylar made it easy. He explain different phones for different need and for the best prices. Very detailed when it come to different options. This guy need a raise!??

I walked in and everyone was busy. It looked like one group was waiting for service, so I busied myself looking at phones. Another couple walked in and one person said, "thank you for coming in, well be right with you." About that time a rep finished with his customers and asked the couple that just entered how he could help them. It was as if I was invisible. I don't think I've been ignored like that in a long time.

I was having big time difficulty getting my phone to work. I went to the store and received the best service I have ever had from a vendor.Tabby and Tayden were able to fix the problem after painstakingly diagnosing the situation. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough and most of all extraordinarily patient.I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will always go to Store 8323 for all my needs. Hopefully, Tabby and Tayden will have moved up and on, but their effort will not soon be forgotten.

The manager and General Management are a joke they have taken money out of my account after the account has been Cancelled the manager Jen has been supposed to call me for over three weeks now with no return call to rectify the situation and pin was set up on my account unauthorized and so I can’t have the issue handled through the store. Mind you I had the internet with them for less then 24 hours and have been in the store multiple times and no help at all! I ask for I information for me to complain about them and store manager Jenn and they refuse to give me any information o called into 1800 number was told the store has to handle it!! Still have not seen any money back.
