“Huge grateful shoutout for 160 Eagle OnDemand! I rode for the first time last week 10/27/23. I'm a senior blind woman who gets around with the help of a guide dog for the blind, and various GPS apps that speak to me about my surroundings. Prior to scheduling a ride, I made quite a few phone calls to VRT with questions on how to make this work for me. Every single person I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. I was beginning to feel like a pest for calling so much, but they all assured me that it was not a problem at all - they were there to help. When I finally decided to jump in and schedule a ride via their app, I was excited and ready for a fun day out on my own - except for my guide dog, of course (smile). Everything went smoothly. It's hard to express just how good it feels to experience the independence the 160 gave me. I won't forget that first ride, and I plan on many more in the future.
