All these drivers do an exceptional job covering this area and they have been extremely beneficial for our business between service times and lanes I can always count on shipment. Crystal came walking through our door and didn’t know what to expect but dang did she really go to work for us and we really appreciate having them haul heavy mini pallets”

“Huge grateful shoutout for 160 Eagle OnDemand! I rode for the first time last week 10/27/23. I'm a senior blind woman who gets around with the help of a guide dog for the blind, and various GPS apps that speak to me about my surroundings. Prior to scheduling a ride, I made quite a few phone calls to VRT with questions on how to make this work for me. Every single person I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. I was beginning to feel like a pest for calling so much, but they all assured me that it was not a problem at all - they were there to help. When I finally decided to jump in and schedule a ride via their app, I was excited and ready for a fun day out on my own - except for my guide dog, of course (smile). Everything went smoothly. It's hard to express just how good it feels to experience the independence the 160 gave me. I won't forget that first ride, and I plan on many more in the future. Thank you, VRT and the city of Eagle, for making this happen!”
