Booked a brow appointment online last night. Only to find out they actually don’t have anyone there to do eyebrow waxing today and their online appointment system is down.
Got a phone call right as i parked in front of the store that they can’t help me and wanted to rebook. Wasted my time and gas driving here. Wish they called sooner and or fixed their online system

The review is for the salon not the store. TWICE they cancelled my hair appointment at very short notice for the same stylist. The first time the stylist called out sick and the second time she was just too busy. That’s what I get for not going to a real salon.

Natalie - Brow Bar - is the absolute best! I have thick and unruly brows - and she shapes them beautifully. The tint she gave me is the perfect shade. I will never trust anyone else with my brows! Highly recommend.

This Ulta truly exceeded my expectations today. Upon arriving, I was told by a very nice woman at the door that systems were down and could only take cash. I had cash on me luckily and once I was inside and shopping around I was very impressed by the kind and upstanding service I still received in the wake of what had to be a stressful day. Smiles on every one’s faces! Having previously worked in retail, I can tell that the manager of this store is doing something right! This Ulta deserves your business. They are very nice, professional, and helpful.

Okay to be honest, I do not remember the name of the employee who helped me but she had dark curly hair and I needed to tell her THANK YOU!!
I came in and asked for assistance because my makeup kept separating and I honestly was not using the right products in general. I normally have a friend or my sister with me to help explain products but I was on my own and this employee really took the time (peak business hours mind you) to help me learn about not only the specific products she was putting on for me but how to redo my entire routine to make things better. It’s been almost two weeks now and my makeup/skincare routine is already better and I feel way more confident in myself so I had to come back and give a review for her and her help!!!
- she sold me the Dior Forever Skin Glow and while more than I normally spend, she was so right it’s worth it for when you really want your makeup to look good and good for dry/sensitive skin in my opinion!!!

Thea at the MAC counter was AWESOME! This is the first time that I have visited an Ulta store where I actually felt like the person helping me had any knowledge in makeup. She picked a great type and color of foundation specifically based on skin type and how it was applied. Ulta needs to hold on to her.

Strangest experience getting matched with foundation there. I am brown and from experience I know the color won’t be perfect but the original color I was matched with appeared too beige on my face compared to my neck.
I hate to argue with the makeup professionals but I mentioned to her I always felt like I have a warmer skin tone so she proceeds to educate me on how there are Mexicans from all over with different undertones Incas, Aztecs, etc. which left me confused on whether she agrees if I’m warm or neutral. And is also irrelevant because I’m mixed, I’m half black.

I showed up 5 minutes after they close I knew it was a long shot but I knocked on the door in hopes that one of the two girls was nice enough to just hand me my prepaid order. All I got was a nasty look from the blonde short girl and then she walked off and pretended to dust off the counter like i didn’t see her just standing and talking beforehand.. I totally get it that they’re closed but she could’ve just told me that instead of giving me such a rude attitude.

Today I believe I was helped by Sierra. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I’m getting older and my old makeup just isn’t working anymore. She helped color match me and gave me just the right amount of information and help to make a decision on my own. Her and many of the other staff checked in regularly. I felt comfortable and that’s huge!
