Molly and the other associate working today were exceptional. Kind, attentive, efficient. Molly seemed happy to help me with my returns vs. being bothered by them. Had a nice chat too! The other gentlemen opened the door for a customer with her hands full. Again, attentive and what customer service is all about. Such a nice first stop on the long list of errands to run.

Rocco went absolutely above and beyond helping me out, saw me struggling to get my 120lb welder in so he got the door for me and helped me lift the thing inside, then he made a make-shift box for the thing and made sure it was STURDY. absolute legendary guy give him a RAISE

Molly is the manager at this store and she turned this location from a one star to a five star store. The staff are all quick and professional. The store is clean and organized. This location was one that I avoided a few years ago and now it is THE location that I go to without hesitation. Molly and her team prove that changes can be made and those changes can be so significant that five star reviews are possible. Thank you for making this location in meridian such a pleasant stop on my list of errands.

Younger teenage guy dark curl hair
extremely short with customers and rude. I don’t even know if my return went thru.
They were completely dead in store so no excuse for the attitude.
