We bought a vape, left the shop it was self hitting, we took a clear Video of it self hitting and took it back. Hunter said once you leave the store your burnt. I'll never buy another vape here.

My disposable is about to run out, thanks to find the one I want in their store, ran several stores to find them the product I want in their store, very happy. If I could give a -5 stars I would I've had 2 Burt disposables I just had one blow up on me and went and got a new one hit it 2 times on 2 different vapes and both instantly burnt every single time I buy from them I'll plug it in one time burnt I call complain demanding my money back because I hit the vapes 2 times in less then 30 minutes that I was away from the store and they refuse to do anything saying they can't take my money back they can't give me a new one nothing meaning I literally have to wait for a vape to explode in my face before I could get my money back? Absolutely a scam and will never ever buy another product from vape/ Escobar. Noms- lotus vaping technology. Is who makes this brands someone can't just take 80$ and do nothing about it when there product doesn't work for 5 minutes

Bought a disposable Escobar when I opened it and tried to use it didn’t work when I brought it back, I was told because I didn’t open in store and try it there was nothing they could do. Ha I was offered a 15 % discount if I wanted to buy another! How about NO lost my business!

The young girl with brunnet hair tonight was very rude to us, she rushed us huffed and puffed when SHE messed up doing 2 transactions, she said BYE very passive and mean i will not come back here and im letting others know as well worst experience!! Teach your employees to be nice everyone has bad days !! but not professional at all. made my night worse.

Came in searching for a product and the gentleman on staff Hunter was not polite at all. I described what I was searching for and he essentially shrugged and I located myself. Won't be back being courteous is not hard.
