Employees are helpful, but the wait can be terrible.

The store was busy, which is fine. However, they need to train their employees to acknowledge people when they come into the store. The store is arranged so that there are service desks at each entry door. After greeting the new customer, they could then direct them where to go to sign in when they are busy. This would be a very simple thing to do and is common at businesses with good customer service. Of course, none of this happened. Instead, we were completely ignored. We waited for about 15 minutes with no one that worked there saying a word to us. I then asked if there was sign in sheet. The employee said yes, but I think that there is someone else who came in ahead of you. You will need to wait. What??? He couldn’t just take 1 minute and direct us both to the sign in sheet? Two of the employees were both helping one customer. Why? I suppose one of them could have been in training, but it didn’t look that way. Neither one was guiding or explaining anything to the other. I suppose it was because the two male employees were helping was fairly pretty female. They were both very attentive to her. With so many customers in the store, you would have thought they would have split up and helped others. Nope. We waited another 10 minutes and then left. As we walked out, no one said a word. Shockingly bad customer service!

We've always had excellent service at this location. Verizon has great service and we've always had wonderful customer service!

Service was great! Took a few minutes to look around the store while the employees were helping other customers. Once we got in touch with Dustin, he was very professional and answered all of our questions honestly and accurately. We could tell he had our best interests in mind when setting up a new plan, he did not try to sell us things we didn’t need. He was also very willing to help out with the set up of own phones even after the initial visit! Thanks Dustin, you’re awesome. We will be coming back to you for anything we need in the future!

Mark Melendy, a tech at the Victra store in Meridian, Idaho, was amazing. He resolved an issue I had with my phone, to my complete satisfaction. Mark was patient, informed, and fun to work with. I will go to Mark in the future. He is what customer service used to be...great! Thank you, Mark.

Kody the assistant manager got me into the phone I needed with a significantly lower priced plan. He did not try to upsell me accessories or pressure me in any way as is my usual experience at other stores.
