Poor customer service all the workers were just standing around at the front as I walked through the door. Not a hello how can I help you or a smile, i asked the one person a question and wasn't he very helpful.No customer service here.

They have offered some promotions, but in the middle of the signing of our contract, they informed me that the offer has expired. I'm still not sure if I'm going to keep them.

Do your self a favor and ask about the activation fee. I was told by someone else that verizon reps lie and tell you they will waive it so I confirmed twice and both times they said it was waived. I got my first bill and the activation fee was on it. So disappointing that people can't be honest. Also make sure you go to a company store instead of an authorized dealer. The company store has much better service and inventory, This store is a company store. The authorized dealers look exactly like verizon company stores from the outside. You can look on their website to find company stores. If they had been honest about the activation fee I would have given 4 stars.

Terrible, rude “manager”, extremely poor ability to communicate. Because of this horrific manager, Verizon can thank her for losing us as 20+ year customers of theirs with a half dozen different lines with them. One of worst “customer service” experiences we have ever had. She in essence said she cannot rectify a billing error that this exact Meridian store was responsible for and that it could only be done by phone. Now this was only after making me explain my issue at least 6 times to another employee while they pretend to talk it over over the span of 90 minutes. Now anyone with half a brain knows that managers have the ability to credit customers menial amounts of money (less than $100) as need be. Hey Verizon, I hope you appreciate this “manager” of yours trying to save you all $100 but in the end it will cost Verizon about $5000/year say over 20+ years, this will amount to $100,000. I hope you take it out of her pay lol. I will also send this review and my frustration to the corporate office.

0 STARS! Complete NIGHTMARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!We were new to Meridian and trying to sign up for wifi and choosing Verizon was the worst experience we had. First we went to a contract branch and after an hour of talking to us, they said we needed to go to the corporate office because our address didn't qualify for the normal modem package and only the corporate office could set us up with the new, correct modem package. We went to the corporate office and it took them an hour to tell us the SAME information, however, they then sent the modem package to our old address in a different state. We sat there for another 1.5 hr while they attempted to resolve the issue and ultimately they were unable to fix the problem and said they would get back with us after the weekend. After the weekend, it took 4-5 days before they sent us a new modem package that took another week to arrive. We attempted to set it up and it wasn't working, so called for support and it took another week before we were able to get a technician out. The technician told us that our address was unable to support Verizon wifi - after OVER A MONTH of trying to get it set up. The technician scanned the modem package and took it with him and said we didn't have to worry about it. A month after they took the equipment away, we were billed for wifi service we never used or received. After calling to have this charge removed, we informed them that the equipment had been returned a month ago and they said all the charges were removed and everything was taken care of. Three months from the original time we ATTEMPTED to sign up for service, we get a bill for the modem package the technician took. We have spent 8 hrs talking to 10 different agents on verizon support in total. We have been lied to, led to believe the problems caused by their disorganization and lack of professionalism has been taken care of, yet still they want to charge us $318 for equipment that they have already collected, but don't seem to realize they have in their complete and utter ineptitude. Unless you want to waste weeks waiting for internet that may not even work in your home after being told you're in network area and spend countless hours dealing with lying and unhelpful customer help, AVOID THIS COMPANY. They are dishonest, unorganized, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. We've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this behavior. Their inability to do their jobs should not lead to their customers credit reports suffering because of fallacious billing. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. No one should have to suffer this company's business practices!

Great service!! 10 of 10. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and its a corporate store. They have perks and abilities that the community kiosks do not.Worth the drive.

Madi was very unhelpfu. went in at 7:20 to activate my new phone. she kept saying my sales people aren't in and can't help me. n she that she wouldn't be able to transfer over my data due to short staffing. if you are looking for a new phone from Verizon don't come here. they sold me a internet service 300 up n 50 down. that they say was fast and it's good for streaming n gaming but I can barely get any up and download speeds 16 down n 17 up

We came to this location about a week ago to finally upgrade my daughters phone. We had the pleasure of working with Justin. He took the time and was very thorough with our current verizon plan and any changes that could be an option to save us money because it was such an old plan. He did not rush us , answered all of our questions...super helpful!!! the store was pretty busy too. I have read not so good reviews with this location ...However, our experience was a great one! I'm big on giving credit when credit is do. We can always focus on the bad and nip pick just fine....But, very little mention the good. No, I can't speak for everyone but coming here and doin all of our adjustments with the new phone and our plan ....WE, we're happy customer all the way around and for future stuff we will continue to come to this Verizon location. I was jockeyed back and forth between Boise and Eagle while on phone calls to the company Verizon for a bad product that almost caught fire. The Eagle store kicked me out at closing while still on the phone with Verizon trying to fix my issue.
