I walked into the store today to purchase an accessory for my phone, I found it by myself and stood in line for over 10 minutes. There were two employees working & not one of them spoke to me nor did I get helped. I put the item back and I walked out. I’ll never walk into a Verizon store again.

So going to this store is a waste of time. Its not owned by Verizon, its owned by Victra, which means dont waste your time. Go into onenof the 3 corporate stores. They are in Nampa, Meridian, and Boise. Only 3 of them.
I was able to go in and get something handled for a broken phone that i was told to go home and deal with at this store.
This store only exists to sell you items, they are significantly impaired when fixing things since not corporate. If thats untrue in any way i'd invite the owner to clarify.
*the gentlemen who helped me was extremely professional and helpful and did everything he could while being tied to working a non verizon store.

Watch out for these guys they add on extra charges and fees without explaining then or asking you if they are okay.

Ryan was extremely helpful and there was no wait time at this store unlike hours at the Eagle store. Alexis was there the next day and she was wonderful too. Very helpful and delightful to work with.
