Usually has nice pharmacists, doing what they can, but the pharmacy is clearly suffering from poor management. The pharmacists will even complain to me that their abilities are limited because of poor management and a messy workplace. For some reason every pharmacist here takes their lunch break at the same time causing a daily disruption to the public that needs to get their meds during that time.

I used to love the pharmacist at this pharmacy (I believe he retired). Now there is a new guy here that is just super rude! Pull up in the drive through, haven't even exchanged words, and he snaps through the intercom "in a minute!" Like um, ok... this is the 4th time he's been super rude for no apparent reason. He yelled at my husband on the phone when we were trying to figure out an issue with his regular script and even the RN from our drs office said she snapped at her too. So it isn't just a bad day at this pharmacy, it's clearly a case of I hate my job and the public. Steer clear and find a different pharmacy unless you don't mind being treated poorly for no reason.

A year ago. They got 5 stars. This year I can barely give them a 1. Customer service is really bad. They don't acknowledge you. Wait time is horrible. They are rude and treat the customer in a disrespectful manner.

Did a review of their pharmacy May 2023. As of now it's stabilized a bit, but we still have trust issues.This review is for their store. Like everywhere else, shelves get to be sparse at times and the reward dollars I used to earn have all but almost disappeared - that was a big draw for me and like Kohl's - I keep going back.Couple of months ago, caught a virus and could not even go out to get supplies. Ordered meds, orange juice and such online and they were delivered to my door in just over half an hour. I did not pay or request for rush delivery - they just did it.Today, took advantage for their BOGO and bought a few items online and asked for them to be shipped to my home. Just 10 minutes after my order was received, they sent a text saying my order was on its way. I got it 20 minutes after I ordered it. Talk about immediate gratification. Don't know if this is the norm for ordering online at this location, but I'm one happy camper over here and appreciate the customer service. Especially now, when customer service has gone downhill.

Both of us have been using this pharmacy for 2-1/2 years. In that time, the service and reliability has gone downhill. Stuck with them as we thought maybe this was a covid-related issue, especially when they lost their pharmacist. Mom takes 9 meds and we regularly request they fill them all at the same time - has never happened. Then Walgreens put a sign in their drive-thru window offering free delivery. Requests need to be made online. They can't seem to get on top of that either.Don't know if this is a corporate, local store or staffing issue, but I think waiting 2-1/2 years for them to fix these ongoing issues is long enough. Time to try Medigap Pharmacy, just across from St. Alphonus on Cherry Ave.

After reading reviews on the Pharmacy, it seems like they've been improving. They had a staff of 3. Wait was 30 minutes from the time my prescription was sent in. I'm in between health coverage and the gentleman could hear the panic in my voice when he told me the total. He referred me to goodRX and it cut the cost more then in half. They were nice and civil people. Thanks for the help!

Use Walgreens for pharmacy only and it seems to be having problems. Shorter hours and closed Sunday. Unexpected closures, may have to transfer prescriptions. Will wait and see.

Worst location in the valley to deal with a problem on their end everytime I need a prescription filled. Told 20 mins to fill so I wait then they tell me 45 mins later they can't

Absolutely the worst functioning pharmacy ever. I've spent months driving back and forth after being promised my prescription would be filled. I've spent hours on the phone with my doctor verifying that the prescription is filled, and Walgreens cancelled it entirely and failed to notify me. So I've waited weeks thinking I would finally receive my prescription on the 3rd promised date and they gave me nothing and no solutions either. "Call your doctor" for the 8th time this month. They are kind people but the pharmacy itself is a mess.

Several issues getting ONE prescription filled. Knowing that it is a monthly prescription we call 2-3 days in advance to ensure it will be in stock when our insurance company will allow refill(unfortunately stuck with allotment of 30days). We will often get the run around of either we don't have, it didn't arrive, etc. today after calling on Sunday (it's Thursday) we're told the prescription itself expired yesterday therefore could not be filled. After several calls to dr they confirmed that the prescription doesn't actually expire until the 23rd! I truly believe that the staff at the pharmacy simply don't care as one minute you can talk to one and get an answer but talk to another person and get a completely different bullshit excuse. Whats worse is we live in a different town 30-40 minutes away from this pharmacy so when told prescription is ready and to get all the way over there to hear "oh sorry it didn't arrive" not just once but several times it makes you question if they really know what they are doing.

This is ridiculous. You guys had difficulty keeping up with filling prescriptions before Covid. Now, with the drive up testing, the "vaccine" appointments, you can't even get through on your phones. Sitting waiting, as I write this, waiting on someone to answer the phone. Been waiting 26 minutes so far. I guess if you just need you r/x you're just out of luck chuck.

Pharmacy consistently makes mistakes. If you have multiple prescriptions, they always seem to forget one and you have to make 2 trips...

Ruth makes this Walgreens! We all just love her including the kids. She always has a right smile, positive attitude, coupons, and friendly conversation. Wonderful customer service!

Dont Go On Sundays Theres The Cashier Omg So Rasict She told me to me to speak my english properly and Didnt want to sell me 5 detergents she said there was only a Limit of 4 and I asjed where does it say that she looked all over the paper and never found anything man I didnt say anything i just said well no thank you and left The other girl are nice but she was the worst!
