The pharmacy is either extremely under staffed, highly incompetent, or both. The issue has been going on for about a year, before that, they were highly competent and very well run. Now, if you request a prescription or a refill you may or may not get it on the date that you request it. You will not get a call or a text message saying, the prescription is delayed. I've had a prescription delayed to a month with no explanation other than we just, "Didn't get it in." This is not a supply issue considering several other pharmacies had it in the area including other Walgreens. Avoid this store at all possible costs.

Just a really bad pharmacy. New staff it seems like every month. New pharmacist pretty much every a few months it seems. They’ve given me wrong medication in the past which caused insane side effects. It was one letter off, but very different. All I got was an oops we’re sorry. Extremely dysfunctional. Doctors can’t call prescriptions cause no one answers and their VM service doesn’t work. Again, just a really bad place.

Super rude employees! When in and paid cash and got yelled at because I used $100 bill and cashier was upset that That I had the audacity to bring in $100 bill on a Sunday. This is a corporate Walgreens in a very busy area. She embarrassed me in front of other customers as well.

Trying to get ahold of someone so I can get my insurance info changed so I can get my meds. Been on hold for over 30 minutes. If I run out of MOOD STABILIZERS imma end up in a mf padded cell. Me not having my meds is bad for EVERYONE

Loss of good employees in the pharmacy. I depend on people I know in order to be comfortable and I know Im taken care of. That is not happening.I have to be extremely careful of how my anti seizure drugs are ordered. If I order them 5 days before im out that maybe too soon, or they have to order it in. Twice I have run out of meds and even went to the 24 hour place, and was told that my Rx had been moved to many times...?? I have not moved it since I got it in October. I could get no emergency supply. So, I was told to go to the hospital and have a doctor write me another Rx...really? I can pick up an early supply if I pay the $1,600, but Medicare and Idaho Medicaid wont pay for it. I am now considering Costco.

Ordered photos ahead of time. Arrived an hour later, and no one was at the photo desk, I had to ask them to page someone, and several minutes later the cashier was nice enough to come over and help me… just to find out, no one had started my order. Quality was good, so happy about that, but overall just a ghost town in there.

We have recently had to switch to Walgreens Pharmacy and there have been a few obstacles, but the pharmacy crew is trying hard to resolve all of the issues.

The pharmacist didn't take my wife's concerns seriously.We got a prescription for my wife that had some handwriting on the label. We asked why the handwriting and they told us they double counted the pills, which they never did before during the many times the prescription has been filled. Also, my wife has been taking the same pills for about a year and this time besides the handwriting on the label, the pills tasted different.I asked one of the pharmacist's assistants why the handwriting and he responded with a laughter that it wasn't a big deal. I fell he was making light of my wife's concerns.I didn't get a professional response from the Walgreens' staff on Linder and McMillan.

Moved over from Fred Meyer after 8 years recently. I had forgotten how much I appreciated customer service. The Linder and McMillan Walgreens Pharmacy has been fantastic from transfers to monthly pick ups for both my wife and I. I can't speak to the service elsewhere in the store but the pharmacy so far has been triple A for us.
