The pharmacy tech girl with the orange hair was so rude! I asked her to run my prescription through good RX and she told me she couldn’t that it had to be through my insurance… The difference was only 3$ but in the middle of me talking, she hung up the phone on the drive-through and then proceeded to call me ma’am on repeat. I was calm the whole time, I’m shocked that girl has a job so rude and unprofessional.

I like that they have a drive thru and they're close, but they're slow, and often rude. My kid need an antibiotic that was called in at 2:30, when I got the text from Walgreens that it was in progress. I called at 3:30 and they said it would be ready in 45 minutes. I called back at 5, as it still said it wasn't ready, and was told (with attitude) it would be about 10 minutes. It just needs to have a label printed, water added, and to be shaken. A 5 year old with strep is a sad kid, and having to wait over 2 and a half hours for a quick antibiotic is frustrating. And this happens a LOT. I wish there were more drive thru pharmacies nearby.

My doctor called in some antibiotics for me and my wife here and they said they did not receive it. I called my doctor back and he said to call them again because he left a voicemail. When I called and told the pharmacy tech what my doctor said she was really rude to me. I had him call it into Rite aid and there was no problem at all. I'm just sick and need some medicine. I don't need someone being rude to me for trying to get that. I don't do either one of their jobs and was just trying to figure out what to do.

First, I recognize that each of our pharmacy needs are different. Some have limited options while others have many.
I have never used Walgreens because I assumed they’d be more expensive than the other options I’ve been using. I used Fred Meyer until they switched to a new program which was more expensive. I tried Costco but I stopped because they weren’t cheaper and then there’s the cost to travel there. And I used ExpressScripts for years but the cost of mailing makes them the most expensive.
A few months ago I analyzed all these and got a quote from Walgreens. To my surprise they were the cheapest by far! And, there was one within walking distance of my house, their lines move quickly making the wait time less than the other options, they’re very professional, and their app is easy to use and makes the whole prescription process.
For us, we wish we’d considered Walgreens years ago.

So done with this Walgreens! They hire the laziest workers. The young guy with the long silky hair is never willing to help and cares more about what his hair looks like that actually working. I had an issue that I asked for help, and he looked at me like I was stupid and said that wasn’t his department.. didn’t even try to find someone to else to help me, just walked away from me. Never stepping foot in this store again.

Worst pharmacy. You call in a prescription and their system tells you when to pick up and when you get there they have some excuse why it won't be ready for another day. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy is either extremely under staffed, highly incompetent, or both. The issue has been going on for about a year, before that, they were highly competent and very well run. Now, if you request a prescription or a refill you may or may not get it on the date that you request it. You will not get a call or a text message saying, the prescription is delayed. I've had a prescription delayed to a month with no explanation other than we just, "Didn't get it in." This is not a supply issue considering several other pharmacies had it in the area including other Walgreens. Avoid this store at all possible costs.
