This location is very clean compared to other Walmarts, especially the restrooms. There is no smell or dirt inside the store, unlike other stores.

Rude employees (stockers) we were there around 10. So I'm assuming because of that they were rude. Also my son whom has ASD was stimming and had 1 employee scold me due to his screaming/ crying.

**4 Stars – RIP 24-Hour Walmart, Gone but Not Forgotten**
Walmart Meridian **delivers** on the essentials—elite snacks (shoutout to the **100 Grand ice cream bars** and new Butterfingers), cheap groceries, and enough random stuff to make every trip feel like a side quest.
But let’s talk about the **real tragedy**—they close at **midnight.** What happened to the **real** America? Back in the day, you could roll in at 3 AM, see some questionable life choices in the aisles, and leave with a garden hose, a frozen pizza, and an inflatable kayak. Now? You better plan ahead like a responsible adult, and frankly, I’m not built for that.
Still, it’s Walmart, and it’s got everything I need… as long as I remember to show up before Cinderella hour. **4 stars—bring back 24-hour chaos, I beg you.**

The collective apathy in the auto "care" dept is astounding and the irony should be noted. I had purchased my tires here previously and normally get my oil changes with Valvoline but needing a tire rotation I decided to do both in this location. I stopped by on a Saturday, around 4:30, and they were notably busy. I waited and waited trying to schedule an appointment and at the point of frustration where I was about to leave, and I couldn't because the door was locked, the girl from the office who had been watching me all along finally came out to open the door I expressed my frustration in waiting and she said she could book me an appointment. I specifically requested 12:30 on Sunday for a tire rotation and oil change.
I arrived at 12:35 because of traffic and went in to request my services. I was then told it would be "a couple of hours" for the tire rotation or that they "couldn't get to it today". I then stated that I had specifically requested a tire rotation, which is why I was here, to which they replied "well it's not in the computer" and "I can't speak to what they did yesterday because I wasn't here". No attempt for any accountability whatsoever or accommodation at all. The collective shrug from everyone in the department is the customer service I received from them. Complete waste of my time!

This walmart is alright. The employees are nice and sometimes helpful however I got into my car today and had a lady came up to my window and started begging for money. I'm not coming to this walmart anymore if everytime I buy groceries I got to be guilt tripped into giving homeless people money. I'll support the girl scouts and the people selling the cute puppies but this is ridiculous.
Also they just recently started checking receipts here because people keep stealing. I had a lady chase me into the parking lot because I didnt know i had to show her my receipt and she called me a thief. That personally tells me alot about this walmart and that its starting to become a crime ridden in the meridian/boise area. It's very unfortunate the people moving here and ruining this beautiful part of town.
