He did such excellent work on my wedding band, which included separating a soldered set, building a custom head for the new Diamond and choosing a diamond in my price range that I am in love with! I have the ring of my dreams and I love that I supported a local family doing my project. Neal is patient, friendly, accommodating in every way. You do not feel rushed or pressured with him. His goal is to create what you want so you leave happy. He also said I could return for cleaning and anytime that grocery store jeweler tells me my stones are loose, I will be bringing the set back to him to work on.
