Just prior to signing up, I was starting to change my unhealthy habits and work towards a better version of myself, but I felt somewhat lost in what to do for exercise. I knew I liked the CrossFit style workouts, but didn’t know how to program them. Having access to the best programming, top notch equipment, and knowledgeable and supportive trainers is invaluable and has taken me to a new level of fitness I’ve never had before. Not to mention the bonus of having such a tight knit community that cares, supports, encourages and inspires me every day!”

“Such an amazing gym + amazing environment.two things I love about CrossFit (in general) is they will meet you where you're at in your fitness journey, but they'll challenge you to be a little bit better than you were the day before.This location does both so well. The owner (Megan) was really kind and welcoming when I took a class (I come from out of state so I'm grateful they let me jump in). And the coach (also named Megan) was extremely generous with her time in showing me some of the exercises I haven't done before. Both of their cadences and attitudes were awesome.The culture + class is very welcoming and encouraging as well (takes after the coaches and owner).Definitely recommend and can't wait to comeback on my next trip!”

“My 1st impression thank you night Hawks Fellowship Christian Athlete putting together a amazing event for All Abilities Camp the Gym had a magical feeling to it great experience watching the women basketball game we need to pack the house every night I don't if you guys have a water boy I didn't see one number 1 priority is to make sure that you have one woman should be foucing on the game but other than that i had a great time ill be back for another game”

“Recently moved here and was looking for a gym. Was a little nervous to try CrossFit again but this place is amazing. The coaches are all incredible (shout out to Eric, Jeff, Bailey and Ashlyn). They really care about you reaching your potential but also doing everything safely. The programming is a lot of fun and the community is just great. Highly recommend this gym.”

“It’s a super clean gym with nice staff. There’s a variety of equipment which is great. However, it’s so busy it’s hard to use anything in the weight room… even at night. Caldwell definitely needs a bigger location sooner than later.”

“I parked here early this morning (like 3am), and I was worried about someone telling me I can’t park here, but the TruckerPath app had someone park here in a big rig a year or so ago and they stayed over night, and didn’t have problems. so I decided I’ll try it. Glad I did. I got to enjoy a great, well over due workout ?️ !yessssss ♥️ and I got to shower. Thank you planet fitness black card ! The facility is great and so is the customer service. 20 gold stars ???????????????”
