Always great help with questions and customer service and good prices I purchased a nice A.R. 10 I did not know about shooting steel ammo through AR’s and it jammed my first time shooting brought the gun back, they explain to me how I cannot shoot steel ammo through it fast and did a deep cleaning of the gun for free and the gun has been flawless Thank you for the great customer service.?

Dropped off shotgun back in December told me they would get ahold of Berretta to fix the piece that was broken. Fast forward 3.5 months later no follow up calls no checking in with updates nothing. Very disappointed I’ve had to waste this much time to end up picking up my broken shotgun and going to take it somewhere else. I don’t like to ever write bad reviews but this was a horrible experience with their customer service.
