Walked in 2 hrs before they closed and ask for a qoute on brand tires. The front desk person i belive it was Sean. Helped me out and I asked when can we get his done? Remind you this is today Monday a few days before Thanksgiving. So hours are short and days off ) I was in no rush but he said we can squeeze you in now ..my thought .Awsome..they did there work and people still came in when they were closed customers were asking about traveling..so too check there tires ..they go up and beyond customer satisfaction. I due live in the area so I ALWAYS SHOP LOCAL First . Great job you guys . And great prices 👍

Today 10/1/25. Made an appointment a week ago for a front end alignment on my 2004 F250. They said appointment only for alignments. Scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Dropped my truck off at 8:00 am and didn't hear back that that it was done until 1:40. When I went in and picked up my vehicle and asked why it took so long, I was told that because I didn't wait, they back burned my truck until it was convenient for them to do it. An 8:00 a.m. appointment is an 8:00 a.m. appointment whether I wait there or not. I will not be using this company again.

While traveling through the endless expanse of construction zones between Caldwell and Middleton… I managed to get a nail that punctured through my brand new tires…. PSI was dropping fast! I showed up 10 minutes before they closed…Walked into perfection tire and the whole family was collecting trash and performing closing duties…. That’s how you know it’s a family oriented business… and despite wanting to go home they took care of me and fixed the tire! GREAT JOB and THANK YOU very much! Middleton is lucky to have you!

Scheduled an alignment a week in advance. Drive 30 minutes to get down there only to find out they cannot do my alignement, because someone pulled another truck on the alignment rack but they need parts now?this is the second appointment i have made only to drive 30 minutes to get there and be told sorry we cant do it. They have the customers phone number and appointment book, guess letting a customer know they cant do it is below them and its much more fun to waste peoples time. If you actually wanna get it done, find another place.

After struggling to find tires in my size I need they not only found them but judging by their actions and the care they took while putting tires on a junky truck I asked them about what needs to be replaced they told me I had to items on the front end that needed replaced the lower ball joints and wheel bearing they didn’t try to upsell me they gave me a price and recommended things to over all a absolutely amazing experience!

✨They helped me with a quick tire leak when it was late, they helped my wife multiple times when snow was built up and a different tire leak no charge. They are responsive and efficient and have my undying business loyalty with myself and extended family will continue to use them.✨
