Tonight was the third time I've gone to this store in the past year and found they were out of stock of the specific items that I went there for. Each time, their website showed they had the items in stock at this store.

I bought a bag of organic seedling start dirt at the Middleton store 2 weeks ago when I opened it it was really moldy. Unable to use it I called to ask if I could come swap it out, I was told I needed an account or my receipt. I didn't keep the receipt as I was planning on using it, also I used a card. All POS systems keep track of sales, I know this because I've worked in sales and with these systems. I just had to eat the money I spent at their store. I'm sorry but with cost of things this should not have been an issue. I won't be driving to Middleton Tracker Supply for any of my gardening needs. Bummer

Always fun to check out this place always more than what you intend to purchase! From lawnmower parts to feed and seed for your animals. The store has a little of everything, it's the best place for large bags of cat
food as well. Bird feeders, tools, you name it they have it!

This Tractor Supply has incredibly friendly staff and a great selection of products. Everyone was helpful and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Leaving a 4 star because TS has been nothing but amazing for years!!!!
However, they’ve lost 1 star and a lot of business from me due to their change in shipping methods….used to be free shipping over $49, now they’re charging me $20 to ship items.
I’ve now switched back to another vendor as they are offering the same pricing on items and free shipping.
Bring back the original rates. Hate it when companies forget the little guy.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. We had an animal emergency, and the employees were quick to help us find medicine and educate us on how to use the product. The process was affordable, and store shelves are easy to navigate

Easy place to find animal supplies and people to help find farm products. They even help me load and unload products at times. Really helpful and easy to work with. Kim Kulture and Scentsy are great at the farmer markets. I love that Middleton stand behind the store.

This store is great. When I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and hello. Staff always ask if I need assistance and store has plenty of supplies. I heard they have received bad reviews because of the dog wash renovations taking longer than expected. People need to understand how construction works. Commercial contractors have more than one job going at a time and the supply chain can take longer than expected.

We called the Middleton, ID store to reserve a tandem trailer and the girl who we reserved it through said it would be on hold for us for 24 hours. We don’t live close by that store, so we confirmed that it would be ok to do this and she assured us that it was held for us for the 24 hours. She said she even put the hold sign on it for us. Went the very next day to purchase it and another worker in the store removed the hold sign and sold it. All we got was a ‘sorry’. Don’t offer to hold items for customers if your staff are not going to honor it.

Went to get my dog washed and they said the dog wash station closed at 7 PM, I went in at 7:30, but I looked online and couldn't find a closing time for the wash station, assumed it closed at 9 PM when the store closes.

A young man who said he was a manager thought it was ok to talk down to me and when I said he did not need to talk down to me he told me to leave the store.. I'm not sure if he did not like the way I looked or that I was an older woman but I'll never shop there because of him so beware
