“When renting a trailer you should specifically state that all of the trailer wiring is a 4 pin so people know in advance that they'll need an adapter. I had to purchase a $15 adapter plug because there are no 7 pin trailer harnesses on trailers there. Or offer an adapter as a small fee or charge a $15 fee that is reimbursed when the adapter is returned with the trailer. It seems like a pretty lame tactic of nickel and diming people who don't always carry a trailer harness adapter with them at all times.”

It’s easier to estimate your travel rather than guessing. Map out your mileages so you don’t go over. It’s better to be under.”

“My daughter's car blew up 5 hours away from home and I needed to rent a car hauler and bring them both home. I'd never rented a U-Haul before so I had a few questions and concerns. I didn't want to drive all the way up there and have something come up unexpectedly. So I ended up making multiple phone calls to ask about the process and requirements. They were really good about answering my questions and I felt confident enough to drive up the next morning. The next day everything went right according to plan and I was able to quickly pick up the trailer and head home. I likely won't be back in Nampa any time soon, but I'd use these guys again and I would use U-Haul again as well.”

“In November 2022, after going to various places to look at the dump trailer and not finding anything that convinced us, I found a website and sent an email asking several questions and it didn't take more than half an hour for me to receive an email from Mrs. Lucy answering my questions. And then when we arrived at the place, Mrs. Lucy took very kind care of us, she showed us two trailers that had the same characteristics that I was looking for and we decided to buy one. Then we pay her, part with a debit card and the rest in cash. She gave us a purchase receipt and the documentation of the trailer. We have already used the trailer several times and it works very well. Personally, my wife and I are very pleased with the treatment we received and the honesty of Mrs. Lucy. Thank you Lucy”
